What fun to watch the boys riding the tractor with their Dad. My son used to like riding also and then one day he was old enough to drive the tractor. We use our tractor for plowing the garden, plowing snow in the winter, grading our driveway and road, moving things. They are a great tool also.

Thank you. We've worked hard to get good garden soil, little things like adding compost/manure really has helped!
It does the same for your chickens,My Grandmother did that for her chickens. she would put them in the oven and toasted them before she crushed them.

I had SUCH issues with ground hogs last yr. I actually had to replant.

I usually do, but I had plenty of seed potatoes this year, so some I halved, others I planted whole.

Ah the thunderstorms. So cozy. Daryl actually LOVES thunderstorms, to the point that he is salty if we can't be home when the storm "rolls in" 😂 such a dad.

You look perfectly fine for working in your yards, the Bible verse means that our hair on our head is our covering and not wearing a hat or a vail on our head because God says our long hair is our glory. Mary wiped the feet of Jesus with her tears and dried them with her long loose hair. Men are not to cover their heads with hats in church but our covering is our hair 😊. Psalms 115:1 KJ Bible
So after Callan is done planting the worms 🪱…what is his preferred method of preserving? Does he prefer to can or freeze them?
He lays them on the sidewalk and dries them. A lot like jerky.
Other times, he serves them fresh, with a side pea gravel.
Salted or unsalted? I feel like this would be a pretty sustainable food source.
