I used to work here when I was a kid. It was sad when they moved it. It was never the same.

Marianne Poulos is the Producer and Director of this video "Save Our Place- Maxwell Street." I was sorry to see her work loaded without her name being in the credits .

In fact, the only person credited for this Earth Network segment is Marianne Poulos, which is stated in the UA-cam description area for this video. In fact, both UA-cam and Facebook cut this video at the approx. 12 minute mark, probably due to music licensing issues. In the full video’s ending credits Marianne receives full credit for directing, producing, and writing. I will attempt to reload the full program again, as the rules might have changed concerning music licensing. In fact, I totally supported the Maxwell Street project, as did the two other Earth Network volunteers, Sherine and Lauren. Also I edited this show, along with the majority of the 110 broadcasts during our five year run on WGBO-TV. As one of the 40 producers at Earth Network, Marianne was an unforgettable volunteer and defender of the people.

Lived down at there 92 or 93 wake up listening to Chicago blues blasting out speakers onions grilling maxwell street polish. Did a few art projects worked on an unfinished boat sculpture… loved the place never forget it …could feel the history of the place in my bones…it was an honor to have lived there. Now when I think of my time at Macworld it all seems like a dream.🎸🛸👑🌭🚣🏼‍♀️🎷🕍

It was 24/7 when I was little. Every yr got less and less. It's a shame. Yeah it was bad. It was dangerous. But that's y we paid attention lol. Watch the white guy in the beginning. His family's been there for yrs. Watch his eyes lol. He never stops looking around him lol. He wasnt scared. Called street smart.
