Great effort in putting this master piece..I have a question to ask.. While creating Delay Analysis, do we need to remove the Actual progress from the updated project schedule before we can initiate any method? because I can see that every Activity has NOT STARTED STATUS

Indeed, actual progress must be eliminated. On the other hand, using the approved baseline is the best practice.
