सिविल कंस्ट्रक्शन में अक्सर देखा गया है मकान मालिक हमेशा भाव रेट पर ज्यादा ध्यान देते हैं, जो कम रेट बताते हैं उस से काम करवाते हैं,,, हर मकान मालिक भूल जाता है जिस तरह बाजार में कपड़ा दो कीमत पर उपलब्ध होता है मिसाल के तौर पर एक पेंट शर्ट 300 से 350 तक भी आ जाते हैं और एक वही पेंट शर्ट जिनकी कीमत लगभग₹7000 तक होती है,, यह अपनी-अपनी क्वालिटी है बस बिल्डिंग बनाते टाइम,, हमारे हाउस ओनर ₹300 वाली बात को पकड़ कर बैठ जाते हैं जिसके परिणाम गंभीर भुगतने पड़ते हैं।
