Also OP gear fully maxed counts as elite gear.
For those who never had elite gear I suggest running the elite raids 10 times and use a renown bost that'll give you max.
Once you get full set of elite gear you will get a 50% discount on the elite and regular gear so if you have another toon gear will be discounted if you pass the feat. This works for OP gear too. If you have it on 1 toon the price for materials drops as well.

Meh this info isn't for me. Over the decade on DCUO, I NEVER run elite raids in the latest content. Always a disappointment of never getting pass the 1st boss as the tanks always die and many hours of repeated attempts down the drain.
