Amadou became my best friend in Philly in the early 90s with DJ SNS, DooWop, and Ron G mixtapes! I had all the exclusives! Peace to SNS!
SNS had it fucked up. It was Mary's second album "My LIfe" that had the Keith Murray Who Shot Ya verse. But it didn't start it off. The intro was a phone call with Puff where you could hear the beat in the background near the end. There's a Keith Murray interlude later in the album where they play part of his verse from the original. He had everyone in the room confused when he asked what started off Mary's first album. He just had the wrong album.
