- There is a banner debate in Lodi with the Sunwest Homeowners Association responding to CBS13 after it initially reported how it was requiring a resident to remove his Donald Trump 2024 signs and banners.
I am sure if it were a democrat there would be no problem.
I hope he sues the HOA and that'll stop this bullying
not about HOA my neighbor hand the Trump flag in the back yard then next day have about 20 people come say i dont like that flag then police come tell him take down

Some people don’t mind sticking with the rules, especially if it means not having junk cars, pot holes, loads of political banners and overgrown or dead yards next door. All this leads to increased house values and generally happier residents since they don’t need to put up with the nuisances of some neighbors.
A friend of mine just went to check out a house and decided it’s not for him despite being a great deal. The house directly across the street has a van parked outside plastered with signs preaching about the end of the world and “Jesus” this and “repent your sins”

Cut the long sign into 4 equal parts width. Now you have 4 signs that are 3 square feet. Then but then together really close to create the long sign.
