Ingredients:
Recipe 1️⃣
2 medium apples
50 ml(1/4 cup) water
100 g(~1 cup) oat flakes
50 g(1/2 cup) walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 ml(1/ 1/2) tbsp melted butter/ coconut oil
add dried cranberries or raisins
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
Recipe 2️⃣
grind 100 g(~1 cup) oat flakes
50 g(1/3 cup) dried cranberries/ or raisins
50 g(1/2 cup) nuts
1 apple, 1 banana
25 g(1/4 cup) oat flakes
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C /360°F
powdered sweetener(optional)
