I had this book on my tbr list for many months now... Last week I decided to finally give it a go. When I tell you I cried my eyes out... I cried my eyes out. The story was so beautiful, so heartbreaking. One of the most beautiful books I've ever read.

I read the book after I watched bly manor and always though of Carla Gugino as older Evelyn (I know Carla is way younger 😅) and as young Celia I pictured a redhead Victoria Pedretti. And now I found this... feelings
