Now, POF requirement is 15,772. I gave the bank letter of an amount appx 16000. What will happen now, will I be rejected for not meeting current year POF limit? Plz help in this query sir.

Hu Kubeir, I received a nomination from SINP, I accepted it two days ago. Yesterday I went into my EE profile to double check everything, corrected a spelling mistake and authorised my changes. Instantly my profile became ineligible. I am not sure what to do now, have I lost all my points now as I had 882? I am sure this is a technical glitch as my colleague updated their NOC yesterday and the same happened to them. If I create a new EE profile how will i get my nomination transferred over?
Create a new EE profile and email SINP with the details of your new profile explaining the glitch. Request them to link your nomination to the new profile. Don't worry you will be fine. All the best

My query is around 1 min 32 sec of this video : you mentioned Creating and submitting an EE profile is NOT the same as applying to IRCC/ but my question is when someone does create their express entry profile for the first time, they do receive a UCI number (starting wirh CANxxx) as well as an Exp Entry profile number. So technically would it not be treated as incorrect or false information from any candidate if they say NO, we have never applied to IRCC and no we have not even applied for exp entry before? Hello Sir, When I checked the eligibility criteria for EE profile it shows that I am eligible. My IELTS score is 7.5 and have an ECA report of Canadian equivalent to bachelor's degree. ECA report was done last year. When I complete my EE profile it shows as invalid. I have a total work exp of around 8 years excluding the 1 year 8 months career gap from oct 2020 till July 22. I feel that my work exp or NOC related information is the reason why my profile is considered invalid. I humbly request you provide me with some guidance towards resolving the issue.

Hi i need an urgent suggestion. I have got ITA on June 23rd 2021. I m in process of collecting my docs. But my IELTS expires on July 6th. So had booked for exam for the date 19th June, but it got cancelled due to state give guidelines due to covid restrictions. But exam was rescheduled on June 24th. I wrote my exam but the results will only be out after 13 days from the day of exam which is either 6th (the day my previous IELTS expires) or 7th July. In this case if I don't update my results on or before 6th July will my profile expire. In this case what should I do next. And is there any way that I could get extention by atleast a day or 2 from IRCC? Please help.
Unfortunately extensions are not given and IELTS must be valid at the time of application submission. If you have no other option then you may "risk" submission with an explanation and expired results citing covid delays and upload the new results when you have it. However as I said it is risk. You may also wait for the next ITA
@@AskKubeir I checked the cic website and there under specific section where the reasons of an express entry profile becomes ineligible, it's sited when IELTS expires and the date they consider is 2 years from the date of IELTS results and not the IELTS test date. And I was shocked and relieved at the same time. I have worked with three Employers in the same occupation: 1. 1 year 3 months with first employer 2. 6 months with second employer, and 3. 1 year 5 months with third employer. @@AskKubeir I have 7 years if continous experience outside Canada and less than a year exp in Canada. I think the mistake is that my exp outside Canada doesnt exactly match with the LMIA noc code.
In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.

What if one has different NOCs due to change of jobs within a year in Canada but have over 10years experience outside Canada. what happens then?

You can check the minimum required funds as per family size available on ircc website. Search for proof of fubds for Express Entry

Hi bro, same thing happened 2 me the moment I changed noc code. Did u create an altogether new profile or added a new one in that only.

Check information entered. Your primary NOC vs your noc of work experience.
Your working hours per week or your POF amount

Is it possible when i receive ECA report so i update the profile or after the creation of profile I cant change it? Do I need experience certificate as well to make a profile?

Hello Sir...thanks for the wonderful and much appreciated for your videos. Need your advise- I got OINP nomination and is valid till 27th Nov 2022. I submitted all my documents through express entry and got cancelled as I missed Queensland traffic history. Could you please advise if I can create new application under the same express entry profile and include points for OINP nomination since OINP nomination is valid till 27th Nov 2022 and wait for ITA ? Can I do it ? or since I got cancellation from IRCC , my OINP nomination is also cancelled? OR I need to create new Express Entry profile and wait for new OINP nomination and then wait for ITA....please advise ....thanks

Hi i need an urgent suggestion.
I have got ITA on June 23rd 2021. I m in process of collecting my docs. But my IELTS expires on July 6th. So had booked for exam for the date 19th June, but it got cancelled due to state give guidelines due to covid restrictions. But exam was rescheduled on June 24th. I wrote my exam but the results will only be out after 13 days from the day of exam which is either 6th (the day my previous IELTS expires) or 7th July. In this case if I don't update my results on or before 6th July will my profile expire. In this case what should I do next. And is there any way that I could get extention by atleast a day or 2 from IRCC?

Unfortunately extensions are not given and IELTS must be valid at the time of application submission.
If you have no other option then you may "risk" submission with an explanation and expired results citing covid delays and upload the new results when you have it. However as I said it is risk. You may also wait for the next ITA
@@AskKubeir I checked the cic website and there under specific section where the reasons of an express entry profile becomes ineligible, it's sited when IELTS expires and the date they consider is 2 years from the date of IELTS results and not the IELTS test date. And I was shocked and relieved at the same time. Please check the link below and suggest if my understanding is right.

@@KavZzzz congratulations my IELTS however unlike you is expiring a month after my AOR- EAPR (submission of all documents) I received AOR on 29th October , IELTS exp on 30th November (result date) acc to rules I am safe but also there is anxiety.

I need a little information regarding experience. I have worked with three Employers in the same occupation:
1. 1 year 3 months with first employer
2. 6 months with second employer, and
3. 1 year 5 months with third employer.
Now, i want to know, how many years of experience will it be accounted for?
Is it 3 years 2 months or below 3 years as there is a 6 month experience.
Please advice.

Hi Kubeir, you mentioned 1 year of exp in Canada is required if applying under FSW, then what's the difference between CEC and FSW. Please clarify as my file got ineligible. I have 5 years of exp outside Canada in NOC 0 and less than a year exp within Canada in NOC B. Thanks, Amrit
@@AskKubeir I have 7 years if continous experience outside Canada and less than a year exp in Canada. I think the mistake is that my exp outside Canada doesnt exactly match with the LMIA noc code.

In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.
It says to have CLB 7 in each band. Getting a 6.5 in writing is still CLB 8 right?

I actually got interest from OINP and I also applied. But somehow my application got withdrawn by OINP due to incomplete application (missing T4) so I withdrew my old Gckey profile and Made a new one. But with new profile I am ineligible for FSW program.
I have selected "No" on applied ircc before so is it correct?

The decision is yours, but to give yourself a best chance, you may consider recreating if you aiming for Alberta PNP

I got a LOI from NL PNP and have 90 days (till september) to submit my application and my EE expires in October. The LOI is not tied to my expiring profile. Hope creating a new one (or having two different EE profile) won't affect me when I get the ITA for PR after nomination from the province?
