The outfit she is wearing here is not particularly expensive. I agree she is not dirt poor, but quite frankly, i would feel more comfortable eating street food from her than someone who was not middle class, especially in a country that may not have a vibrant health department. and depends a lot on the locals to be diligent.

Frankly, I watched a lot of vlogs on her, and she kept wiping her dirty hands on the same dirty cloth and touching the food on top of all that dirt/dust from the street and smoke from the cars & motorcycles. Her breathing on the food without knowing her health status (Hepatitis?, HIV?, vaccination status,etc) in a 3rd country... I won't take the risk! You is you and me is me. Being a health professional, it is not worth the risk to gamble my body & and health especially from a street vendor in such a country, no food regulation, selling food in a dirty environment (street) and no vaccination implementation?
