    Hi boat pls resolve my problem my immortal 121 left earbud does not start after i open the case after i use it in short intervals example: i listened to music in both buds at 5 30pm and at 6pm if i open the case only the right bud will connect, the left one doesnt switch on please help me out should i claim warranty or will it be resolved????

    Im able to listen to audio and all but the touch control panel isnt working , ie not able to increase / devrease sound , not able to pause /play by using the touch panel .what to do

      Don't buy boAt Airdopes 141,
      calling is not working properly. sound good only on UA-cam. Bluetooth connectivity is not working properly.
      After some time the charging case is not charging, can't even use it without charging. This is a substandard product. Don't waste your money.
      Don't have a refund policy, Gupta ji is Smart.
      It takes a whole day to earn 1000 rupees, these people just show off and we all waste money behind it in 5 seconds. We trust them without seeing the product, boAt doesn't trust the audience. You can call customer care once and ask, and then you will know.

      Power On:
      - In power off mode, separate both the earbuds to power on the device, or to manually power on long press the touch ring for 3 seconds.
      - A tone will confirm the same.
      Power Off:
      - In power on state, join both the earbuds together to turn them off, or to manually power off long press the touch ring for 5 seconds.

      I Just tested the Earphones and was delighfully pleased.
      Good Bass , Defined Mids and Crisp Highs.. Volume also was Nice and Loud.
      40%-100% charged in less than 5 Minutes.🤩

    Isko reset kaise karna hai ye bhi bta dena bahut problem ho Rahi hai bar bar on off ho raha hai mujhe pta hai aapka koi reply nahi aayega isse accha mera 1+ ka handsfree tha

    Ise acho koi local mal kharid lo bakwas hai ek 103 pro Bluetooth kharidi thi 6 mahine me 4 bar khrab ho chuki hai or ab boat vale bol rahe ke ab sahi nahi karke denge😢

      @@boAt-lifestyle The touch panel of the headset is sensed anywhere on the body.. While making a call, if you knock on the neck, the call ends.. Voice assistant comes without knowing it... If this cannot be fixed.
