Simply put, Judaism is a religion (followers are called Jews) while Zionism is a nationalist movement which revolves around creation of a Jewish state around the area known as Zion (aka Jerusalem)

Zionism is 4000 years old. Modern Zionism is just the modern expression of an ancient religious connection of Jews to land. Zionism is just the homeland of the Jews in their indigenous land. Herzl is only one short chapter in thousands of years of Jewish history. Anti Zionism today is considered Anti Semitism by 90% of Jews. There is no point in telling Jews what anti semitism is. You should listen to what they are telling you when they are much more knowledgeable on the subject.
