10 minute miracle dinner! The ideal creamy pasta! Minimal ingredients! 🕒🍝

Less than 10 minutes in the kitchen to prepare a spectacular dinner for family and friends!

My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
300 g linguine (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
olive oil
1/2 leek, chopped
150 g (5 oz) ham, chopped
1 medium eggplant, diced
salt and pepper
Pasta water
150 g (5 o) Brie cheese, diced
200 ml (1 cup) milk
70 g (2.5 oz) Parmegiano Reggiano, grated
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
