i try to beat this boss to progress in the story im new to the game and only have a good team sinking (against this boss it's unplayable) can you explain me how to redo this
the defense debuff kim gets when you use sinking is not worth it due to kim's high damage as his coins are negative. At -45 sanity, his Claim Their Bones skill becomes borderline unclashable (with the exception being very few high rolling egos) because if you don't do enough damage for the shield, then it additionally gains +5 clash power - making it a 32 + more if the sinner you're using to clash him is weak to or fatal to wrath (i've seen that skill be a 40) basically, use anything else except sinking, and just win clashes. He gains sanity when he loses clashes. Make sure to prioritize his two skills that inflict paralyze (paralyzer and overthrow) - if you want to you can tank the other skills since they dont do a lot of damage and only inflict a small amount of bleed, give him some poise and some slash damage - which dont matter if you're winning the clashes for the important skills If you feel like you're not doing enough damage you COULD get a sinking ego gift for the defense down debuff but dont use any sinking sinners.

Don't use sinking, anything else will really work, even if the team doesnt have synergy
