Hi dear Friday, in this specific video I am not targeting applying with adaptive components, but rather changing the matrix of points from normal list to quad list, in order to prepare the surface to cladded with AC, See below link ua-cam.com/video/OkRvJZuCFXE/v-deo.html Also remember and distinguish between ac and curtain systems as you are not making the last but instead you are adding adaptive speared components that not generate eventually a unifies curtain system, the last have different approaches a d different dynamo tools
I designed this node to work on a rectangle, and to express how you can deal with list to make qaud set of points fit for adaptive components, you can see or try by yourself if you can apply it on other shapes Cheers

What if surface is rotated
You got to select the surface first then refine the algorithm to work on the uv of that surface
