I have messed up an expensive wig before turning it into a bob so I know how you feel lol. The foundation looked nice though. I also have combo oily skin and what love to see a detailed video on how you prep your skin for these dewier foundations.
This Bob is gorgeous. My friends know me for doing what you did to the wig: that's how I became natural. I chopped off the relaxed portion of my hair and my mom was not having it. I always do it to my hair: braids, wigs, twists, etc. Short, around my chin alway gets me compliments.

I didn't like the Superstay either, but I LOOOVVVEEDD the Dream Urban Cover. I'm on the fence about this foundation because the shade range is baaaddd for us dark-skinned folks. Great review, as always!
I agree!!! I hated that super stay foundation. I tried it at least 3 times, different powders, primers, brush, sponge and everytime it broke up on my face within 2 hours. 😤😤😤

My hair was just getting too long and I was tired of it blowing into my armpits when I was trying to dry my hair. lol Plus it was getting super tangly, which meant split ends. I usually just wear my hair in a ponytail, so it doesn't matter too much. Yours wasn't bad. At least you can take your hair off to even it up. lol You can pull off just about any hair style.

They have a matte one too that they released in the summer that one is my fave from maybelline
I have some dry ass skin so I might have to pick that up

Maybelline normally have a good shade range but with this line the range does suck! It’s only like 2 darker shades and I’m in between both of them 😩 it does look really good at the end of the day tho. Hopefully they’ll expand the shade range.

That foundation looks so good on you. I'm mad they don't have a shade that would work for me. I'm right in between cocoa and java so I would have to mix to get my shade. It's 2020 and I'm done mixing. If they want my money they better fix the shade range.
Mad late binge watching but try taking the wig off and investing in either a $1 styrofoam head from the hair store or a mannequin head and put the wig on there to be able to even out the back . When it comes to bobs and I don’t have anyone to cut the back for me . I cut the front the length I want it to be . I do the rubber band method to cut the back the length I want . Than take it off to shape up the back properly. Hope this helps for future instances

Literal trash range, went from amber beige straight to coconut with no gradient in between, so if I wanted to get it I'd be either casket ready or too dark

I think I might like this formula in this foundation, but doubt I'd find a shade. The range has always sucked on Maybelline Dream foundation. But I've liked it for years. It's gotten better and this one seems nicest. But I swear if I can't find a shade I ain't mixing nothing in 2020. LOL
