Its really good - aluminum speaker and built-in limiter do the trick, and its more than enough to play with congas and guitar. 150 for used is ok as long as its in good conditions.
If the price is less than 250$ (new) or 200$ for used, I would go for it. I sold that one for 150$. Great for beginners, as the first bass guitar. It's actually surprisingly good - I expected it to suck, but it was just slightly worse than my $500 Cort B4.
This was my first bass model !! I got the red one when i was 15 and really loved it.
