It's not about infra all the time its about trust and confidence on one's ability. In developing countries you will never see infra developement until the individual or team succeed so you need people, leaders who has the confidence to perform. There are multiple example available in the history which shows its not about infra all the time. If I want to relate this to Cricket then we can see what Afghan did in world cup. When it comes to USA we need to understand that there authority make sure all those sports which they are good at included multilateral events, otherwise just check what they do in major sports Cricket and Football.

its really sad story. Pak ladies team is playing from 15+ years zero improvements they come 7th or 8th in every big event. India team grown in to strengths from past 3-4 years and now they are filghting with England for 2nd spot and sometimes beat austrlia as well
