- This is the return of a popular series from a couple years back where I go over a myth a day in the pest control world. In this episode I go over bed bugs living in your clothes. A lot of people ask me “are bed bugs in my closet or my dresser?” “Do I need to take all my clothes to the laundry mat to kill these bed bugs?” So in this video we go over the myth that bed bugs live in your clothes!

Thank you! My Crossfire and sprayer arrive Monday. I’m ready to tackle this before it gets crazy. I’ve only seen a couple bugs, so I’m hoping to squash this quickly.Again, Thank you. Edit: Stuff arrived Monday. Treated everything Tuesday. No bites Wednesday night!!! No spots on my sheets!! I found one dead one between the sheet and mattress. One. Dead. Crossfire is working!!!! My brother has a bad infestation of bed bugs. The hard thing is he's in a wheelchair, so he goes from bed to chair. I try my best to help, but when I destroy many from his chair; he goes to bed for the night they come right back. It's getting out of control. Any ideas to help him would be appreciated.
What are you doing to get rid if them? You need to get crossfire and research his other videos and resources on that asap
Is there anything u can buy at Walmart that compares too crossfire ? Good too have on hand if you live in low income appts. Thanx
You’ll end up costing yourself more money in the long run buying cheap repellant sprays that often just chase them into hiding (your walls and other units). If you’ve already sprayed with these, they’ll make Crossfire less effective due to the repellant. Bite the bullet and get Crossfire. Try to talk the units surrounding yours into treating at the same time if you’ve noticed bugs.
Also, Cimexa powder in the walls (behind outlets) is good for 10 years and might reduce the number of bugs that make it into your place from other units, but only a light dusting and don’t breathe the stuff in.
What about clothes that can’t be put in the washing machine like dry clean only?

@@formerdevildog1982 This could cause an infestation at the dry cleaning place. I'm thinking of getting a bed bug oven.heater for things I can't put in the dryer. You could also put clothes in it to kill the bbs before taking them to the dry cleaner, so you don'y inflict them with an infestation.
How would you handle treating a "super" cluttered home? I know typically you recommend not moving anything out. But what if you can't get to the baseboards, furniture, and such?
I really hope you get an answer for this as I'm really struggling with this now. Did you find any sort of resolution?
