Hey, the pattern draft class was good but cutting it out , would I cut the lapel together with the front of the jacket or I cut it differently and then sew together?

Pls i am very confused with the half length thing, my half length is 16 although i use 15 at times n i have another half length 18 which is just on my navel so in this situation which am i to use?

Hi dear. Don't be confused. Half length depends on what style of clothing you are making and the fitting you desire. U can use 16.5 for a peplum top or dress. But if u want to avoid lines at the sides of a full blouse or dress, use 17 inches.. Here I used 17 inches.
