I am in total agreement with this. We all need to work out our soul salvation with fear and trembling and it takes work and submission to Holy Spirit in this process.
Funny you mention puking I was sleeping and dreamt about cleaning my church and all of a sudden was coughing and puking violently. I hope whatever needed to come out came out.
I think horror movies about exorcism that people see is one of the reason Christians have negative response toward deliverance. It's hard for them to think that they or people whom they love will go the exorcism process like what they see on the movies. Or if there is another person who is vile and disgusting like the demons they see on movies lives inside or around them. I was one of those people. My family were also rejecting the idea that Christians need deliverance. But we finally accept that we need it and going to the process of deliverance. Because the evidences were against our theology or own thoughts. After we accept the truth, God starts to teach us the right theology about deliverance. What we saw on movies are totally different than the actual deliverance process Jesus Christ provides through his church...
