Hello Poet, I'm new to your channel. Watching you handling your grief - the struggles and the gains - has been helping me feel less alone in my own, as well as in my chronic illnesses. I'm 34, and sadly my mother is not very stable, and I wanted to say your son should be very grateful he has you. You emanate warmth, intelligence -- and soundness of mind -- lol, something most kids with sane parents take for granted :P I look forward to following more of your journey with you. Stay strong as you are, and thank you for sharing this with us. It's helping me more than you know.
You just inspired me to get up off my bed and put on clean clothes. That might sound ridiculous but true. Your description of adjusting your benzodiazepine gave me the feels. Many different emotions. I am happy it helps your anxiety. The dependency on it is real. Big Pharma knows what they are doing. And I don't mean that in a good way. I had a very hard time making myself a peanut butter sandwich today. It was in fact my biggest accomplishment. I'm going to attempt to make a video now. Wish me luck LOL 🙂
I have tinnitis also widowed since 2017 lost my dad 2014. 3 day old grand Daughter 2015 my partner 2017. I've lost 2 brothers one to murder so I sympathetic my aunt killed in an awful car ...u like being at home to with simple things prayers
Does your community have a senior center? Sometimes, they offer games, i.e., bingo, etc, where you might meet others in your situation. Remember, you can't always expect people to come to you. Maybe you could consider going just to possibly meet new people who live local to you.
I mnow it may not be an option, but have you considered contacting your kids and letting them know how much it would mean to you to be able to have thise relationships back? Especially now? They leaned on you growing up and now you need to lean a bit on them. It seems like you are working hard to figure all this new territory out! But it's always easier to travel with another. Could this be a chance for reconciliation? 🎉
I'm so glad you have God's word in your home. Fill your heart with Him. ❤ He knows what you need. 👍🏻✨️🌷
The flowers you colored look so pretty ❤. I like puzzles , too. I have a puzzle app on my phone , too. It’s free.

😢I’m so sad for your loss .
I don't mean buying ready made juice but get a juicer and juice your own...it helps with so many things including addictions
