20:10 Another fantastic theme by Keita Haga (pen name: KATE). My favourite Type-Moon composer! That level of epicness when you're about to dethrone your enemy can only be created by Haga-san. For Mahoyo : - Hideyuki Fukasawa composed the main theme, the themes of Aoko, Alice and Soujuurou that are named after them, the arrangements of the classical music used (not the Dark Eyes arrangement though), "main theme/winter", "idyllic blue", "through the looking-glass, and troubles", "Judicare Tibi", "duel/one-on-one", "face-to-face/out border", "FLAT SNARK", "flowery/finality", "great three/manifestation" which is the one you were talking about, "decision/turbulence overdrive", "nostalgia", "main theme/everyday", "main theme/sleep", "rondo/witch Tale", "imbalance/Alice", "KINROU/ELEMENTS", "imbalance/blue", "Five", "innocence", "First star", "main theme/intuition", "story of you", "see you again, miss blue!" and "extra magic number?". Basically, the overwhelming majority of what plays during every climactic moment of the VN, be it character moment or action, but not much of the music for the slice of life scenes. - James Harris composed "waking up", "making a fuss", "laughing together", "~that orifice~", "longing for", "the road home" and "the way back". Mostly slice of life stuff. - KATE composed "shining lunch", "the sun also sets", "away from the town", "somebody with them", "tête-à-tête", "dilemma/herald", "dilemma/omen", "forever with you", "distant wound", "sweet pain" and this creepy arrangement of "Dark Eyes". Mostly slice of life or eerie stuff, basically. - hil composed "WORKING!!", "thames troll (wood)", "Elegant", "the clock ticks", "sky is surely" and "tempted to the night". Their moods are all over the place really. - ryo composed the ending that is sung by Nagi Yanagi. The only one that hasn't really impressed me in this is James Harris, but he is the original composer of "Emiya" and I do love that track.

Nope, she would get destroyed instantly, have you seen fsf? Gilgamesh destroyed the world 7 times with EA only for enkidu to stitch it back every single time. Power wise she aoko is in A class but against beings like that, no. Even medea can defeat her, and she's not even that strong as a servant
@@heretic8413 Gilgamesh never destroyed the world a single time, let alone seven times. Actually read strange fake before saying such nonsense. That line refers to Shamhat saying that during the clash of Gilgamesh and Enkidu it FELT as if the world was destroyed seven times and born seven times. Which is just normal hyperbole. Aoko can't defeat Caster in a magus battle specifically, which obviously does not account for Magic because magi, who use magecraft, are specifically different from Magicians, who use Magic. The difference by terms of the modern world due to how much science has advanced makes the modern Five Magics something completely alien compared to magecraft. Both Aoko and Zelretch would trounce Gilgamesh simply because he cannot match Magic, as seen by how Ea is nothing before Avalon, a Magic in itself.
Well she was a magician in training ever since she took over Touko, so from what I understand the Fifth magic was available to her from the very start, in one way or another.
Well, as far as I know only a couple of people can use True magic and even Aogo can't use the true power of the 5th magic, only a part of it. Since the true time stop power is the 2nd magic, what he used here wasnt really the 5th magic.
+Mittsume3 Aruceid or do you mean Roa? I believe Type Moon officially stated that Aruceid would prefer to avoid opponents like Aoko. Look it up in the wikia page.
Himiko Werckmeister Brunestud of the Crimson Moon. He's the father of Arcueid and Altrouge Brunestud. I know that Zeltrech defeated him a long time ago. He is such a powerful entity. I'm not sure if he was the moon that responded to the earth's cry for help; thus creating the original ancestors.....lol I'm confused now. I'll go on the wiki.
Father is a strong word. Brunestud worked with gaia to make the True Ancestors using Magic to kill all the humans. Arcueid was the ultimate one who would succeed him. Some shit happened and all the True Ancestors started drinking blood and made dead apostles, which made them go crazy. Gaia said fuck it Brunestud please just kill all the humans yourself, Brunestud said ok and made a clone of the moon and threw it at the Earth. Zelretch saw this, stopped it, then murdered Brunestud, found Arcueid, locked her in The Millennium Castle Brunestud to keep her locked up until she stopped being bloodthirsty.
真 Nah, that ain't the Crimson Moon. Flat Snark is an entirely different Boojum~ It's a man-made (or rather, witch-made) monster created from the belly fat of a nomadic god.
Using the Magic comes with great cost, even though Aozaki can do lots of things with it there are costs she had to repay as suggested by Touko. Also, once she used it she would trigger the Counter Forces and be haunted until her destruction. The red death she saw is a manifest of Araya for example, and if she’s not mentally prepared to go against it…well, she would explode maybe.
Also she said herself she wasn’t sure how to use it to resolve the current situation…use of Magic need to be creative to have it effective I guess, since True Magic is only capable of doing “one thing” and is very limited.
Tom Wu I wouldn't say it's limited since she was able to use her True Magic for time travel, even though time travel shouldn't been part of her power. Also how does Araya anything to do with a Counter Spirit? Or why would she be hunted by Counter Spirits? Or is it something like " if you use True Magic you will be hunted"?
By Araya I'm referring to Arayashiki, the Counter Spirit of human subconciousness. The VN hint on the Counter Spirits when later Aoi used True Magic to save Suzuki and the "red death" questioned her "you are willing to be hunted by me just for that?!". And we know the only real threat to True Magic users are the two Counter Forces so... There's writing about the world trying its best to eliminate Aoi when she's performing Magic, and that Aoi appeared to be afraid of the "red death" in this scene. Also being able to time travel is probably part of the privilege of the Fifth. We don't know the true nature of it yet, I said it's limited because Aoi said in VN that Magic, unlike magecrafts, are limited because they are the few exceptions of rules, capable of "one" unthinkable stuff but only that.
But many things can be done with that "one" privilege. The Second is able to time travel because its privilege is to manipulate parallel realities. Some suggests that the Fifth is the "Destruction of all rules" hence Aoi is able to "take off" Suzuki's time but not really time travelling. If it had be time done by Second Magic, Suzuki would've gone back to death once the Magic's effect ended.
it's a Visual Novel. there was going to be a novel but it was never published because it was too long. So years later Nasu turned it into this Visual Novel.
I'm pretty sure their are different routes just like in Fate/Stay Night and Tsukihime which are two other Visual Novels in the same universe by the same guy that made this one. Unfortunately this visual novel has not been fully translated yet so like alot of others I am still waiting to read it.

man with power like this she could face Gilgamesh :O
She can kill gilgamesh in 2×3
Nope, she would get destroyed instantly, have you seen fsf? Gilgamesh destroyed the world 7 times with EA only for enkidu to stitch it back every single time. Power wise she aoko is in A class but against beings like that, no. Even medea can defeat her, and she's not even that strong as a servant
@@heretic8413 gilgamezzzzzzzzzz
Aoko using true magic could be a match for Gilgamesh, but just her magecraft as here wouldn't be enough.
I think what aoko do is like kankara formula
ok, Ufotable, please do your magic
So at this time Aoko could already be considered a Magician?
Using the Fifth?
Well she was a magician in training ever since she took over Touko, so from what I understand the Fifth magic was available to her from the very start, in one way or another.
Well, as far as I know only a couple of people can use True magic and even Aogo can't use the true power of the 5th magic, only a part of it. Since the true time stop power is the 2nd magic, what he used here wasnt really the 5th magic.
no, She figured it out later in battle with her sister.(after something sad really triggering her
So is this "red death" a counter guardian ?
No
@@PeachDragon_ What is it then?
@@randomguy4167 i don't know but it's definitely not a counter guardian
My bet it's the counter force.
@@jimmanseg405 It's something tempting her to use the fifth magic, maybe.
Does this mean she can beat crimson moon? The brunstud ruler. I forgot his name.
Flat Snark is an entirely different Boojum~
It's a man-made (or rather, witch-made) monster created from the belly fat of a nomadic god.
I'm almost certain anyone with true magic can beat crimson moon
Asking someone who played the VN: why didn't she wanted to use magic at the beginning?
Using the Magic comes with great cost, even though Aozaki can do lots of things with it there are costs she had to repay as suggested by Touko. Also, once she used it she would trigger the Counter Forces and be haunted until her destruction. The red death she saw is a manifest of Araya for example, and if she’s not mentally prepared to go against it…well, she would explode maybe.
Also she said herself she wasn’t sure how to use it to resolve the current situation…use of Magic need to be creative to have it effective I guess, since True Magic is only capable of doing “one thing” and is very limited.
Tom Wu
I wouldn't say it's limited since she was able to use her True Magic for time travel, even though time travel shouldn't been part of her power.
Proper english translation soon
Anyone know who that red hooded figure is?
I believe it's a representation of the Counter Force trying to stop "something" that would bring humanity's destruction.
it's the Araya. officially correct yea

Oh my is there a light novel/manga for this looks good
it's a Visual Novel. there was going to be a novel but it was never published because it was too long. So years later Nasu turned it into this Visual Novel.
+Gilgamesh Enuma Since I'm just a noob, does this visual novel have routes u can take or is it just a story that doesn't allow u to choose a route??
I'm pretty sure their are different routes just like in Fate/Stay Night and Tsukihime which are two other Visual Novels in the same universe by the same guy that made this one. Unfortunately this visual novel has not been fully translated yet so like alot of others I am still waiting to read it.
+Gilgamesh Enuma Alright cool thx man
It's way more superior as a visual novel. Just read it.
I knew Aoko was awesome but DAMN. O_O my d can’t get harder after seeing this. Does anyone know minimum system requirements? I’m on a 5 year old laptop. Don’t know if I can handle it, or Aoko’s awesomeness.
It works on my 8 year old desktop pc

still the same as last time. Just Chapter 7 and 7 Ex and Fuwanovel(the other that is at least "active") only has until 1.5 playable(until chapter 6 on paper only and not playable)
How many chapters remain?
Happy to confirm someone else has taken it up, we got chapter 8 now!
