Hello Nikko! First if all congrats for this arrangement, it is much better sounding than the original song! Is there any chance that you cand post the bang bang song sheet or chords that you play in the video? Don't know if somebody asked you this but I tought I'll give it a try. Hi everybody! I wanna truly thank everyone who watched and shared our music! Just felt the need to say a few words: to me criticism is as important as compliments. I take criticism and use it to push myself and my bandmates to work harder and harder. But criticism is only acceptable when presented in a constructive and respectful way. There was some negative feedback that I truly appreciated because of the respectful way it was presented in. That kind of comment is always welcome and it will stay on this page. Forgive me, but I was forced to erase some of the other negative comments, because they were presented in such a rude, disrespectful and graphic way to some of us. I cannot accept the words of people who decide to be offensive and disruptive without even considering the hard work or passion all of us put into music. NikKollective is working on a new record and we look forward to present it to you and to hear your positive just as much as your negative but constructive and respectful feedback!! I am an older (seasoned) musician. 61 years. I have seen many of the greats in their prime, James Brown, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Chicago, and many others. Even Sly and the family Stone. you are carrying on the great tradition and level, of skilled, passionate, high quality, music. you don't know how much it blesses me to see young people your age doing what you do. I can feel the energy through the video. I can tell you when I saw James Brown in the 60's, he never once had to say "Everybody on your feet, put your hands together or any of that. if you didn't stand up it was cause you were dead. Your music has that same feel and vibe. Love it. You guys are the next level

The first girl's voice is nice, she has her own character of her voice. it doesn't mean that her voice is bad, but i think there must be an other song that'll be suite and perfect for her, and also make her voice more stand out.
my opinion, the second girl should be the lead voice and sing the whole part from beginning. it'll be great. #Justmyopinion

The band is amazing. If I may respectfully say so, the singers need to be on pitch and don't have to be so over the top!! If I can say one thing about he while thing is that the singers need to be on point for a song like this. Great arrangement!!
+Sam Campbell Agree with you on the vox man. Felt like they were on 11 the whole time and very pitchy and a couple of moments the time/groove of the vocalists came apart. Everyone is obv talented but the drummer really nailed it the most. Clearly he understood the resolution points when to fill in and when to hold it down. Brownie points go to the drummer. Was surprised the guitarist started out really melodic and textural in his solo but that only lasted like one second. Didn't need to see everything he could do. Wish he stayed motivic because he started out really tasty but then he went OTT. Seems they all have chops for days, but I would say check out Earth Wind & Fire live at Montreux to see how a large band in a similar context really nail the ebb & flow and know how to chill and when to step up. Band def shows promise though.
+oliver williams Thanks for hearing what I was saying. Also being a drummer I definitely give that props. He kept everything together. From his groove to his fills to his breakdowns, he was phenomenal. Guitar did too much. But the vocals need the most improvement. The whole group has potential. Just got to put the work in. They'll be fine

Glad I'm not the only one; it's not that hey were bad, but it just feels like that girl's voice was forced with no natural "soul" coming out. Some people can hit certain pitches and some can't put it simply.
The black girl on vocals really should have been leading the vocal.

To the band as a whole, keep in my mind you can't please people all the time and some of the time is hard as well. In my opinion, You Guys and Galz are Seriously Rockin It! We all want to be perfectionist in what we do and what i heard may not have been on point to some, but the effort, the arrangements, the vocals, the dynamics, the showmanship, and the musicianship were all on point to me even if 1 or 2 bad notes came about. The guitar solo was appropriate in my opinion. Keep Doing What You're Doing. You Rock!
