yes!! I love Swagger too! When I listened to the Medley I got sooo excited. I like everything about it. The groovy funky vibe, Intak singing in his low register (i think there are too little baritons in Kpop so hearing it is sooo nice), Jonseobs rap at the beginning, the lyrics , the add libs, instrumental, everthing! And this RnB vibe suits them so well. The whole album is great and I hope hope we get choreos again.
About Soul, yes we would all love to hear him sing more (the boy has such a beautiful voice! And his voice can be so powerful too, not sure if you ever watched that clip when he turned up the volume live on idol radio. It blew me away!). I did hear that he once said that he doesnt want more lines and I guess we just need to accept it. I am sure the boys would happily give him more, they are not that sort of group who would purposely keep a member down. And I do not think its FNC stopping him, they seem to have enough creative control to discuss and agree on the parts they want to sing.
he surprisingly has said that he does not feel the need for lines and considering the artistic freedom the group has and their love for soul, I feel like they would definitely give him lines if he wanted them? I’m not sure but I hope this is the case

This doesn’t make sense to me, he trained to be an idol, of course he would want lines, that’s what he trained for. It doesn’t make sense why he would want to be in a kpop group and not have lines.
@@idk3228 I believe Soul prefers to dance in general, and that’s why they give him so much dance breaks in every comeback + dance breaks during concerts. I think he became more comfortable with his korean now since he sings more, but during the first year he *barely* spoke full sentences in one breath so it really showed that he wasn’t comfortable in his korean yet.
He was pretty young when they debuted (14 at the time) i don’t think they would’ve delayed their debut for him to learn more korean and english, that’s why i’m generally glad they at least show him off as a dancer. But hopefully next comeback he gets more lines since his korean has improved a lot imho.
and also the members distribute the lines themselves, they mentioned it in a couple interviews. I hardly doubt they're silencing him or forcing him to take less lines if everyone has a say in it.
So agree with you for Mirror Mirror. No wonder it feels nostalgic. Same with DSFM.
And about Soul, yes, I also agree with you. We don't know the situation. But right now, I want to consider him as sub vocalist rather than his official position as rapper.
If you familiar enough with his voice, you can hear it in adlibs and backgrounds in most songs. And sometimes in sing together parts, his voice is highlighted a bit than other's, like the 'Dudududum 2x' parts in Doom Du Doom.
But his singing voice has somehow similar tone with Jiung, so people mistaken it sometimes.

BUT soul's lack of lines is definitely getting annoying -_-)
ik he has said that he doesn't fancy having a lot lines since their debut, he also has this mysterious character vibe in their storyline kinda + in the stage performances he gets his solo dance thingy's and stuff
but hearing him sing or rap a little bit longer wouldn't hurt 😭
but then again, we're not gonna force him if he doesn't want more lines
(ALSO: in their "Doom Du Doom" stage performance, soul actually sings the chorus/post chorus a couple times and has a solo dance moment as well!!)
This whole ep is so good, been on repeat
I like all the b-sides over the title track to be honest...but "Doom ta Doom" is still good though!
For me, nothing will touch "Scared" for me, which is the song that got me into them, but surprisingly DSFM is my fav song on the album and might be my 2nd favorite song from them.
I usually listen to Kpop to turn up, but that song hits for me, and I'm really REALLY picky bout slower/mellower kpop songs that's not KARD lol. I think "Levanter" by Stray kids is the only other one I like (which incidentally is my fav SKZ song)...bit off topic there lol, but what an album indeed. Overall, think it's my favorite P1harmony album or a close 2nd at least.
My top 3 songs here are DSFM, Mirror Mirror, and Swagger. Loved the reaction while listening to these songs again. 👍

I wish FNC entertainment say something about Soul's situation so that we don't speculate or riot over the noticeable line distribution disparity. To be fair, Soul might not be confident with his vocals yet and also he's japanese, so maybe that's a factor to that but no matter what, I believe that he's getting more lines ep after ep but it's still not enough of what we want. Nevertheless, I'm proud of him for doing the performance highlight of every song and has the creative decision on his solo dance breaks. I just hope that they enlighten us with this situation. Thank you for the reaction of this ep. I respect your take to these songs and glad that you love 'swagger' and instantly became one of your favorite b-sides of this year yet.
To be fair it’s not about what we want sadly, it’s about what he wants. The love that p1harmony has for soul can easily be seen and since they write most of their songs I know for sure they would not purposely exclude soul. I strong believe it’s just a matter of confidence soul needs and that he will definitely find.
