Atlas Rocket Stage and a half Challenge - GRUK KSP Part 9

- Welcome to the 9th GRUK KSP community challenge of 2020. This month we feature the SM-65 Atlas Missile and focus on its one-and-half-stage to orbit design.
I had very little time to make this episode compared to how much information I wanted to convey here so you will have to forgive me for glossing over a lot of the details but at the same time I have tried to provide a larger than usual take on the atlas missile and the challenge of making it in Kerbal Space Program over the past 6 years :)

You should make a second channel where it’s just hour long videos of you building your crafts. I’ve always wanted to make a accurate surveyor but I’m stuck on console so I can’t download anything. I try my best to recreate your crafts from what I can see but they’re just so complicated (in a good way) that I can get about 1/3 of the craft. I especially had trouble with the crew dragon nose cone.
The craft in the thumbnail may or may not be mine ;)
On a side note great work from Yukon + SpaceGuy90, video also great as always!

These are simply brilliant! I've been trying - off and on - to get the stage and a half jettisoning for quite some time now, but it's not so easy as these guys make it appear. To be fair, I have cobbled together a rocket which works pretty good when staging, but the skirt seems to collide with something as it falls away, throwing the rocket off course, and for some reason, it's always tricky getting it back on the right bearing again. I've watched it over and over from numerous angles, but so far can't suss out what it's hitting, very frustrating.
You guys are, obviously, geniuses! There doesn't appear to be very much in the way with collisions with these rockets! My favourite..? Probably the first one, but I wouldn't be complaining if I could claim any of them as mu own.

I did get a job offer to help command the UK's spy satellites once but I don't think I'm that kind of person :D

Another reason they ignited all engines on the ground was for safety reasons since they could see if all engines while on the launchpad

Did they used fuel crossfeed? Or fuel lines had been used?
both, originally I used fuel lines though
