Aamir Khan is a perfectionist and he has proved it on numerous occasions. He has proved it yet again. It is 2013 and still this song and this movie is as fresh as ever. I did not like him in the 1990s but since Lagaan, Aamir has changed. He is the best. Also, would like to add that he did take a lot of pain to develop those muscles. Those videos are uploaded and it is fantastic. He has made an active gymnast like me embarrassed with his routine and workouts. Hats off to Aamir!

Truly I think Hindi movies are so much more entertaining than any other films I am used too. I'm not quite sure by what you mean as Masala Entertainers, but all the films I've seen with Aamir, Hrithik, Farhan, SRK and Salman were really good in my book. Oh, and of course Ajay in Singham (I know, not the smartest movie ever, but so fun to watch). I am really, really enjoying this new world I have found, especially the music that makes me smile whenever I feel down. Best moment? When I try to catch the subway in Budapest while listening to the title song of Chennai Express on my phone. Priceless :)
Hahaha... Singham was a little exaggerated, but it has a uniqueness of a theme, about police officers in it. Theme is good, but there is simply no logic in it. Never ever look out for logic while you watch a bollywood movie. In these lines, i'd suggest you to watch ROBOT movie, the first sci-fi movie from India. I am sure you'll like it. Many western people forget that movie is meant for entertianment. Just get into the movie, and forget the world for the time being and enjoy it. we don't worry about logic, because that only increases our tension and worry for an otherwise good and emotionally connected movie. Ask me for any suggestions. Also remember, there are many regional film industries too, which are equally good. So, if you want some suggestions, i'd give you. Of course with Sub titles. :)

@@TheProtagonist555 Rahman almost lost his mojo at that point of time. ARR is a legend.. there is no question about that which doesn't mean he made better songs for Ghajini hindi version. Those songs by HJ was the soul of the movie but when it was remade to hindi music was just avg.Guzarish & Behka only were good. Amir khan has shown dedication whereas Suriya was versatile in that role.

Sillunu oru kadhal came after gajni, still it tops it all. AR Rahman has never been form out and lethargic when making songs.. Achcham enbadhu madamayada, OK kanmani, Mersal had good numbers.. Beware while you choose movies in Bollywood. Few will be pure Masala Entertainers, which are very low on Intelligent Quotient. So, just confirm with it before you watch a movie and get disappointed.
sheshank joshi No need to be sorry :) I have been watching even more movies, and I am not disappointed so far. Truly I think Hindi movies are so much more entertaining than any other films I am used too. I'm not quite sure by what you mean as Masala Entertainers, but all the films I've seen with Aamir, Hrithik, Farhan, SRK and Salman were really good in my book. Oh, and of course Ajay in Singham (I know, not the smartest movie ever, but so fun to watch). I am really, really enjoying this new world I have found, especially the music that makes me smile whenever I feel down. Best moment? When I try to catch the subway in Budapest while listening to the title song of Chennai Express on my phone. Priceless :)
Hahaha... Singham was a little exaggerated, but it has a uniqueness of a theme, about police officers in it. Theme is good, but there is simply no logic in it. Never ever look out for logic while you watch a bollywood movie. In these lines, i'd suggest you to watch ROBOT movie, the first sci-fi movie from India. I am sure you'll like it.
Many western people forget that movie is meant for entertianment. Just get into the movie, and forget the world for the time being and enjoy it. we don't worry about logic, because that only increases our tension and worry for an otherwise good and emotionally connected movie.
Ask me for any suggestions. Also remember, there are many regional film industries too, which are equally good. So, if you want some suggestions, i'd give you. Of course with Sub titles.
