I always knew someone would confuse green water with black water someday, didn’t think that’s what would kill Johnny Cuba. At least Allen was avenged, and we know indeed that he and Peter were separate characters built one week apart from each other. Oh boy, next to The Lucky Lamp, Jonny Cuba was the most I was looking forward to about this whole series. There's lots of information to pack in here. So first some last names popping up. Oliver Carter, Toad O'Neil and an Agent Lang (which I'll get to later). Nice to know more of the engine's and rolling stock's first name but still makes me curious to know Edward's full name. Interesting to see that Oliver and Toad were temporally part of the task force during the war. It's nice to see a bit of their backstory and a true explaination into what they were doing. The scene after that gives us much more information about Jonny Cuba. It's not just telekinesis he can do, he can also telport which explains how he can easily move from country to country. Also that he can't use his powers when derailed but most interestingly is that he can be summoned, through a human sacrifice. WOW! No words at all. I'm flabbergasted. The last scene at the end that showed how he was created also flabbergasted me too. It does fit for the SCPs of Sodor though given how popular rituals are within the world of SCPs so kudos on that. Love seeing more of Agent Potter and Dr. Pierce. Dr. Pierce here was great, I love his character. Not much to say about them though. So it turns out that Alan was really Peter's brother. I expected that, I couldn't imagine Peter being part of the foundation. Just like with Dr. Pierce, I like his character here but it's sad to see his death. Turned out that Jonny Cuba did really took out an 8F and that was Alan. It's nice to know that Sir Topham did research on the matter in the end. Finally, so it's confirmed that Jonny Cuba was terminated by The SCP... on accidental terms. I know with Adam, his death was much more peaceful but Cuba's insides just exploded. That jumpscared me when I heard that bang. Honestly, glad he's gone. At least there's not going to be anymore heists coming from that supernatural being. Oh and it turns out the SCP manufactured green and black water. That personally raises a lot more questions to how and why they made it. Would it be due to figuring out how the non-faceless ran and to discover why they become sentient? Guess we'll never know. Overall, this was certainly interesting, more interesting that The Lucky Lamp episode. I say this is my favourite episode of the bunch. It expands more into who Cuba was, it explains more about his powers, how he came to be and it gives an answer into the 8F that Cuba managed to took out and what exactly happened to him in the end. Holy moley what an episode! So Peter does have a twin or should that be 'did'? Really sad that he'll never get to see at all, or maybe Allen's ghost will visit him someday. There definitely was something supernatural in Jonny Cuba and his unintentional final firing was quite a shock. This episode definitely had a lot of twists.
Oh boy, what an episode! It turns out Peter really did have a brother named Alan, so we know that he was telling the truth in "Return". But most importantly, we now know the full backstory of Johnny Cuba and how his powers work - derailment is his kryptonite, you could say. I was expecting him to be placed under maximum security by the Foundation, but it turns out they killed him by accident! That was a big shock.
The idea that the Foundation is the one that produces green and black water kinda explains my first thoughts about how they managed to give amnestics to Duncan. Almost makes me wonder if non-faceless engines as a whole are an SCP that they failed to contai, or possibly even created. Wouldn't be the first time the Foundation covered something up so thoroughly that a generation or two later, they're having to investigate themselves.
If memory serves, the SCP foundation was created in the 1890s, while the first non-faceless engines were from before that. Although I myself have thought about the concept anyway.

So, Peter did have a twin brother and he was working for the SCP? Uh, I guess that proves Brian's statement about meeting Peter's twin true. Shame the pair never meet, RIP Alan. As for Sheffield not seeing peter at Railgate. Since Peter was allowed to travel up and down the line, he was on twice a day and being moved around maybe Sheffield missed him giving him the idea that peter was never in Railgate. As for Johnny Cuba, maybe there are more ways for Non faceless vehicles to come to be besides the first firing and the way he went out. Well all I can say for the foundation is...Whoops. Plus fills in the gaps to Storm and Return. Top stuff Victor
Wow, this episode was quite interesting! Firstly, Johnny Cuba: I liked his origin and his lifestory. On one side, his required payment and his violent actions against the foundation was surprising. On the other side, he had a unique style and interactions. About Alan, it was good to see that his personality was similar to Peter's: his strength and desperation to finish the missions, just like Peter with his jobs was a standalone. His death was brute and shocking, sad that we don't get more of him. If you think about it, both engines are quite rellentless: Alan because of his missions and Cuba due to his services. Finally, I just realised that if sacrifices are necessary to make a pact with him, than his stories can also be true. Even if you kill a loved one, it doesn't mean that you can ask him for stealing, it can also be the Poland rescue mission, which he mentioned back in Sodor or the Baldbrick reconstruction.
Nice to see Bowler (or Theodore) again. And now we see how his supply train was robbed. Also, dang! Good, lucky thing that Flying Scotsman escaped a run in with Johnny. That was quite surprising.
For some reason, I’m starting to think Dr. Pierce might be an SCP himself and keeps himself so distanced emotionally from everything because his SCP abilities will come out if he feels emotion.
If you think this is bad it's nothing to the likes of scp 682 and 106 they kill for fun and love taking their time to murder anyone they can find pierce has most likely seen stuff like this if you make it this far working for the foundation you see death everyday and he has made it this far
Definitely with the Standing Stones next week. Until the ending, I didn’t think this episode would fit for Halloween weekend but it certainly did with Cuba’s origin and his sudden accidental death.
You had me going with the voice and face, but I thought the number was off! Then he said "You've got the wrong 8F and I remembered what happened in Return. Brilliant world-building Victor!
the fact there is a train cult that created Jonny Cuba should surprise me a lot, but at this point in this SCP mini-series I'm just like "yep, that makes sense". also, great episode.
This was very intriguing Victor well done. 👍🏻 Seeing how Jonny came to be and how his powers work was intense. But it’s really sad knowing that Peter never got to meet his twin brother for them being built one week apart from each other R.I.P Agent Alan Lang. And of course, it was a shock seeing Jonny’s accidental death due to black water mistaken for green water (I actually wondered if that would ever happen at any point) In fact, ever since the episode ‘Return’ just like Eric I've been wondering who actually made Green and Black water and now that it’s implied the foundation did, I’m even more curious as to why they made them. I’m really excited for the fifth and final SCP entry next week. 😃
I’ll admit, The Green and Black Water part had me pretty confused. I didn’t know if those things would actually have an effect on an Engine that seemed so…unnatural.
Full of unexpected twisted turns. Especially seeing Alan and Johnny Cuba. The ending was creepy. And Black Water used 'accidently' on Cuba was equally stocking.
Boy, as if Johnny Cuba couldn't be any more foul than he was before, this episode truly showed that he could. Both from the ritual that created him and the one responsible for summoning him for jobs, and his lack of any remorse from outright murdering Allen, it just goes to make him that much more of a deplorable creature. And honestly, it makes me glad the Foundation screwed up and took him out. As the saying goes, good riddance to bad rubbish.
So the foundation made Green and Black Water This implies that they probably tested that on a lot of engines before it worked properly which makes me wonder Do D Class engines exist. Like do they just pick up the worst criminals in Railgate and run tests on them whenever Engine related SCP stuff happens. Dunno if there was a crossover between the SCP foundation and TTTE before this but it works surprisingly well together
I doubt they do; remember that the max length an NFV can be shunted up to is 30 Days. Even Petter was only given 15 years in Railgate; D Classes are usually life sentence convicts.
I feel like this is the funniest but also one of the most tragic, with all of those people used to summon Cuba, Alan and Peter never meeting, that's horrible. But Johnny's answers to Piercer's questions in the first half were really funny. Cuba's basically a ritual summon via sacrifice, and that is not nice, but it explains how he gets about. A bit worrying a bunch of fools could let alone just make their own non-faceless engine, but their own supernatural Cuthbert class, as I call it. Also pretty silly move by the Foundation with Cuba and the 'green water'. Also, I'd like to imagine the police engines that look like Thomas and Percy are two of a few built with the original's blueprints and plans, but for what reason, we can't know. For now...? I imagine the 1400 is just a Great Western engine taken in by the Railway Inspectors Unit. Little headcanons for returning characters.
I get the feeling that the SCP don't know what the Foundation is planning. And the more that I think of it. The more I believe that Torchwood is behind the skulduggery! Johnny Cuba will live again and perhaps it's not the last time we come across him again.
A part of me is curious if his sudden death will mean that he'll possibly come back. He lost his face pretty quick, while Adam kept his after he final fired. Idk, I could be totally wrong. But considering how demons are known for reforming after a while, it wouldn't suprisr me if that wasn't the end of Johnny. Also black water being potentially holy is an odd detail. Of course this goes under the assumption it's a demon or devil that was summoned, it could always be something else.
Edward is obviously wrong about Alan dying from metal fatigue. Because we just saw for ourselves already before he said it that Alan was actually killed by Johnny, who pushed him off the bridge into the river. Besides, THIS is what he meant by having 'taken out an 8F', if you may recall him saying that in the "Storm" episode. So Edward, that should ring a bell to you, especially as you had guessed, in the "Return" episode, that Alan was the 8F Cuba was referring to that he had taken out. Which means you ARE right about that very aforementioned part. The metal fatigue must just be another cover-up, I suppose.
It's funny how his tender says WAGR for the railroad Cuthbert originally worked on before he became Johnny Cuba, it is funny because WAGR could also mean wager, and this ties in with what you have to do to summon this devil of an engine. You have to wager the life of a loved one for an uncertain ritual that many doubted would work.

That's a good statement about what made Sheffield think Peter wasn't in Railgate, when in reality he was.
Wouldn't Sheffield have HEARD Peter, then?
@@BlooMonkiMan possibly
@@BlooMonkiMan If Sheffield didn’t hear Peter SPEAK, he should have at LEAST heard the sound of deep, heavy puffing coming from such a large Engine…
@@haydennorris8062 That's what I'm saying.
Wow this is amazing i feel sorry for that engine that fall of a bridge
Okay, Victor, if you were trying to scare us with that ending, then congratulations, you scared me.
Great videos! Keep it up! ❤
I mean the series is almost over so this might be a possibility
If you think this is bad it's nothing to the likes of scp 682 and 106 they kill for fun and love taking their time to murder anyone they can find pierce has most likely seen stuff like this if you make it this far working for the foundation you see death everyday and he has made it this far
Victors back with an all new story. Great as always
Amazing episode as always! Looking forward to see the episode about Old Bailey being King Godred (probably, not sure).
Definitely with the Standing Stones next week. Until the ending, I didn’t think this episode would fit for Halloween weekend but it certainly did with Cuba’s origin and his sudden accidental death.
I’m pretty sure it will be a part of the next episode cause victor wouldn’t just leave that post credits scene from return unanswered
Cuba’s a devil train!!!
The best one so far, very great episode Victor! It was creepier than I thought it would be, keep up these fresh new ideas!
Ok this episode is now one of my favourites
You had me going with the voice and face, but I thought the number was off! Then he said "You've got the wrong 8F and I remembered what happened in Return. Brilliant world-building Victor!
Excellent episode as always! It was good seeing Johnny Cuba being developed in this.
You think Johnny Cuba is dead? Guys, you gotta realize that even DEATH can't hold Johnny Cuba!
Looks like Jonny had one hell of a first firing
the fact there is a train cult that created Jonny Cuba should surprise me a lot, but at this point in this SCP mini-series I'm just like "yep, that makes sense". also, great episode.
Peter does have a twin brother who he never new
Well RIP CUBA, your a faceless engine lol.
This explained SO MUCH like the other SCPS of Sodor. Keep up the good work!
Rest in peace Allen😭😭
It's sad how Alan and Peter never meet, they're brothers you know.
The ending was messed up...... I love it the chanting and the lightning, my jaw dropped.
This was very intriguing Victor well done. 👍🏻
Seeing how Jonny came to be and how his powers work was intense.
But it’s really sad knowing that Peter never got to meet his twin brother for them being built one week apart from each other R.I.P Agent Alan Lang.
And of course, it was a shock seeing Jonny’s accidental death due to black water mistaken for green water (I actually wondered if that would ever happen at any point)
In fact, ever since the episode ‘Return’ just like Eric I've been wondering who actually made Green and Black water and now that it’s implied the foundation did, I’m even more curious as to why they made them.
So the foundation made Green and Black Water
This implies that they probably tested that on a lot of engines before it worked properly which makes me wonder
Do D Class engines exist.
What class is Johnny
@@aplane9625 A WAGR W Class
I'm really loving these stories victor
This was fantastic well done Victor you are very very talented!
This was very interesting to watch, nice work Victor.
This episode is quite a journey, johnny cuba's exploding reminded me of a certain thomas video
Excellent job as always Victor
This was my favorite one yet and that you should make a part 2 or even a series focused on him and his theft’s
Poor Bowler is in for a shock. Hmm I had suspected that Johnny Cuba was much more capable and isn't infallible.
This was like the second time Theo had his trains pinched
Suddenly I wonder what would happen if you put either green or black water into a faceless vehicle.
Good grief! This explains how Cuba kept on getting away!😮
Also, R.I.P. Allen...😔
I get the feeling that the SCP don't know what the Foundation is planning. And the more that I think of it. The more I believe that Torchwood is behind the skulduggery! Johnny Cuba will live again and perhaps it's not the last time we come across him again.
Dare I say, the ending really was like something out of Halloween.
Happy Early Halloween everyone!
Finally some engine action! Best episode to date!
I think the people who created Johnny were part of the Chaos Insurgency.
Holly crap that was a good episode I hope more of Jonny Cuba comes
"I am the lard, hope banana"
Wow what a shock about the accidental death. I was shocked on the outside but on the inside I was laughing
17:40 it says Australia 1935 but jony cuba's class was built between 1951 and 1952 lol
Maybe he was the prototype model.
If Murdoch was built three-ish years before all the other 9Fs, I think it's safe to say Cuba is also a prototype
@@BlooMonkiMan same obviously applied with the first Arthur
I love the chase with Johnny Cuba, very enjoyable.
It’s not clear if these events happen or not
@@tudorbrancuturcu5996 well I like to think that they did.
I don’t mean to spoil it, but I want a 10 hour version of the chanting to summon Cuba at the end.
