OVERVIEW:
Splash Zone at the Aquatics Center in Rosemead combines water slides, a splash pad and a pool. The pool is open year-round, but the splash pad and pool are only open during summers. There are 2 winding water slides, one is a fully enclosed tube and the other is open on top. The water slides end in a gradual splash area, so its nice that kids don’t need to know how to swim in order to go on the water slides. There is a splash pad right next to it with jet streams and water buckets. There is a pool with a deep end and a shallow end where kids can stand up in. There’s a shaded picnic area as well.
