For the RB position you should sign Conor Bradley from Liverpool. He starts at 74 but is probably near 80 and has good defence and attacking ratings. He also has good pace. His starting potential is 84 but is probably around 85 now and he is only 8.5 million.
Archie Gray can be a great option. He can play many positions like CM, RB, CDM and he also have a great potential. He can change the team and can also be a great long-term player as he is only 18. Hopefully this helps

For the right back I would go for nelson semedo or james tavernier and the left wing ivan jaime or moi gomez but my favourite options are tiago gouveia from benfica and Tiago santos from lille, kind of like that barcelona move for both João's you would get two portuguese players with the same name and good potential

For the RB role I don't think Clarke is a proper man to be trusted specifically in the premier League so In my opinion Juan foyth or mazraoui would be a great option as they're reasonable too I would've said Arnau Martinez but he's expensive with your budget.

Sign Archie gray he takes around 3 weeks to convert to a rb and is extremely young so his potential is about 87 rated. He will only cost around 5 million as well, allowing you to make signings elsewhere
For the RB position, i think you should sign Rico Lewis. He’s a good right back and has the experience from Manchester City. Or you can sign Semedo which is another great player that has experience from Wolves
