That is so true! She evolves and picks up on new things as they arise, then puts them into perspective or us. I want a spiritual teacher, and she’s been mine for years, even though she has one of her own. I do wish I could meet her!

Finally I have an answer to my reaction to homeless people. Thank you so much.
I was confused by Carolyn’s reason regarding people’s reaction towards homeless people. I don’t believe I am better than homeless people and that I don’t want them to be better than me.
I had one of those downloads/ moment of clarity/ absolute knowing beyond knowing. It was this: to free myself of that holding back of love, of kindness and well wishes towards others was to forgive!!

wonderful, powerful teaching. I will admit though, that I usually listen to it in the peaceful solitude of my car ride home from work, and then when I enter my household full of three children and husband of 23 years, who generally do not place a priority on spirituality, I struggle to put these teachings into practice. Too much reality hits me when I walk in the door.

I’ve only just discovered this beautiful lady. Just bought one of her books tonight I just feel drawn to her words and her humour. I love how she expresses her words and how they resonate with me. It’s very empowering and makes me want to just listen to more and more.. I’m at a cross roads 1) A new job with a company but I’m use to working for myself I know deep in my soul I won’t be happy and the start date has been delayed and delayed which gave me time to reflect on do I actually want it? Only today, I decided to continue working for myself but advertise and work in a different area now (where I want to move too) the reason for the shake up is I hired a friend who ripped the carpet from underneath me and stabbed me in the back... I have felt drained, ill, and stressed for months. I applied for a job just to get me out of my current position but the fact they have delayed my start date gave me time to reflect as the universe was waiting for me to listen to them by showing me to continue to work for myself and move on in a better way in the area I want to move to anyway. Had this not happened with the friend, I probably wouldn’t move on in my life this quick due to lockdown. I have to thank my so called friend for doing this to me and forgive as I’m moving to where I want to be... and if I need help with my job again and that’s to not hire friends, hire someone I don’t know. I wanted an apology from her but after tonight’s watching Caroline videos I know I don’t need it. And love inside me will help me forgive her and forgive myself cuz I have beat myself up over it. And I know this will never happen to me again. Once I turn my back I never ever look back I keep going.. I’ve learnt so much tonight and my mind has really eased as everything this beautiful lady speaks off relates to me right now... God Bless You Darling. I’m taking all the risks I need to transform my life... 🙏
I know love is for reals. I’ve been in love with other humans, and my children. But the most intense love I feel is the one for my dog. It feels like been in love 24/7/365.

I love your no nonsense approach to spirituality. So many such teachers seem to live in a pink palace on a cotton candy cloud in the sky. Or they simply take too many happy pills. But your approach is serious. No platitudes. No urging that we "increase our frequency". Just sincere sharing. You and I share the same Catholic background. While my perspective has moved far beyond this, I still respect much of it because it works. I also travel with a rosary and wear medals of protection. Thank you for your efforts which fill a "reality gap" in this field for those of us who aren't interested in "ascending to the 5th dimension" or buffing our auras or meditating inside a pyramid in our backyards.
