Configuring Cisco IP Phones with CME and set up Dial-Peers

Procedure:
1. Install Dynamips and Dynagen on a Linux environment.
2. Register Cisco IP Phones with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME) using the IOS Command Line Interface (CLI).
3. Configure dial-peers to facilitate communication routing.
