Tuscany has some beastly climbs and the weather can vary so much. When I did it a few years ago it was pouring cold rain on day two after being beastly hot on day one. The route is beautiful and has gotten more so since I did it as it's more off road than on now. Congrats!
Thanks for putting the third instalment out Juliet. Its on my list for 2020 if I can work out the logistics of getting me and bike there and back. You certainly sold the event to me!!
Lovely series!, recognised some awesome places and landscapes from when I was there in 2005 (bikeless). Tuscany is soooo amazing! Love your videos, thanks for the inspiration!
wow, really impressed you saw it through in that heatwave, pretty hard going over there at the moment so you should be extra proud of yourselves. chapeau ladies, hope you celebrated accordingly!!!
It is an amazing landscape in Tuscany but can also be very brutal on your legs , also the agressieve bugs sometimes but i also remember the nice old citizens in those mideval small villages . Its defenitely worth it
Juliet you are awesome and so are your videos. I am curious as to why you don’t us a “GOPRO” type camera? No big deal just curious. I don’t have one either but it seems like it would make a lot of your recording easier.
Hi from Canada, Juliet. I am a new fan and having a great time viewing past videos. Tuscany is now on my to-do list. Currently shopping for a new gravel/tour bike but there are so many options to get right. What gearing did you use? 1x, 2x, 3x for the pavement, gravel, climbing. Love your vlog. Keep on cycling. It's so inspirational. Carl Nelson Muskoka, Ontario
Great video - I understand why you wanted to do 600km in 4 days, but in that heat, I think I'd rather take a little more time, chill a bit more and enjoy the scenery.
I really enjoyed the Tuscany Trail videos and your bomber positive attitude. Awesome ride! Stay gold Juliet
Thank you, glad you have liked them!

You'll do this again (4:40) either solo, group or with family. Each will be different and better than the last. Thanks for the ride along.

Beautiful experience in my region: Tuscany
Awesome trip. I enjoyed watching this. Do you have a link to the route you took for this trip?
It’s on my Strava, I don’t have a specific link afraid
@@JulietElliottsChannel Thanks. I am daft and have since learned that this is quite readily available information :) Just getting into cycling myself.

Great video.!
So you guys did the 500K in three days?
Lucky looks really fun. Some day maybe. Guess I should get a gravel bike first eh? Unless you rent em.
I know the feeling ridding around Wigan .without the weather .ask Wiggins
💪🚲 Well done👍🚴👏
Great video, beautiful scenery, and most importantly you had fun. Now to nit-pick. You're in Italy and you choose Corona?!? Julia! I expect better! ;)
I don't like Corona at all! It was all they had when I arrived!
@@JulietElliottsChannel Even still, it hit the spot at that moment, Right?
What gravel shoes are you riding?
Would you choose a mountain bike if you had to do again?
Nope
being the optimist and seeing the best in everyone, i assumed that is not a bottle of pee in the thumbnail before clicking.
