      Thanks for the comment Burton!
I am glad you like my channel. I've been trying my really best to add content this tying season and have only 2 videos in hand now. Hopefully I will have health and time to create some more before April comes in.

I only catch and release here in Canada, so it’s much better for me and the fish to only use a single, barbless hook! Nice pattern!

      Thanks for the comment!
The Harpa pattern is a killer pattern for salmon and seatrout! You will find out using it :) Over 95% of my fishing is with a single hook. While fishing I pinch of the barb on almost all the hooks I use. And yes, I do almost only catch and release.

Great fly, ívar! And related to hooks for salmon/sea trout flies, I only use single hook flies and Ahrex doubles for tube flies. Just because I do not feel comfortable casting trebles on a fly rod, only on baitcasting and spinning tackle.

      Thanks Dirk!
I agree with you. I fish over 95% of my fly fishing with a single hook. This fly is a great one yes!

Very Nice streamer fly - thank you -- I just tie any double hooks or trebles as a single for use here in US and Texas.

      Thanks for the comment Michael!
I use mostly single hooks nowadays while fly fishing. Over 95% of my fishing is with a single hook. But double and trebles are still allowed in Iceland unlike some states in the US.
