Scorpio here: About the cutting people out of our life thing, I do this all too often. I hate this quality of myself. I cut out any & sometimes all friends out of my life. I feel so mean sometimes for doing it. I know I am most likely hurting that person. But I don't know any other way? I actually don't know why I do it. I guess this video just gave me my answer. Same here. To be frank as much as we like to deny, we are too narcissistic. The reason most people hates scorpio is because weather we like it or not, we influence way too much things around us. We are extremely choosy with our companions and this attitude of choosiness and exclusivity only works for our favor, to ensure our self security. This selfishness makes A LOT of people feel neglected and more often than not it is not only us looking for approval from others, other signs are also looking for validation from us and our reserved and controlling nature is a facilitator of conflict. I usually hate entertaining things like astrology but it makes too much sense imo.

There is no down, only up but different levels depending upon how evolved as an individual you are, and yes - even tho there is only “up”, there are also levels of punishment for evil carried out in this life. Tbh it’s a lot more complex but this life is the one we chose and contracted to live out, becoming more evolved, and that is also the reason - amongst another fundamental one, as to why you don’t want to take your own life.🙏

Scorpios have a tendency to like their own kind, because we have an intensity which is focused on the long term. We sort of have goals which we keep in the back of our mind - things we intend to get to in the very long term. We might not even bother with something we are passionate about, but just make observations every now and again, and check a detail of something or make a personal note, and just go on. We don't try to work out everything - we might focus, but we collect the data, and set it in storage for extremly long study when we finally get around to that project. No playing of Scropio's killer cards till all other obvioius cards are played, and winning at the endgame, having worked the others out.
Scorpios and Pisces are pretty great together, actually. They connect on a very deep, very soulful level. What you don't understand is that Scorpios simply don't feel the need to sting Pieces the way they might other signs.

Dude this is so true, my best friend growing up was a Pisces, we were next door neighbors and I was in love with her before I understood what love meant. She wanted me around, came up with all kinds of games for us to play, didn't care that I was the weirdo of the school (she was more popular and pretty). We were friends from 1st grade till 8th, we stopped talking when I moved to Texas (I wasn't hurt about it till my step dad suggested she doesn't want to make time for me on purpose, I still felt love in heart and it was crushing to be told "you're just being naive", I almost believed him). My now boyfriend is also a Pisces as well, makes me so mad, challenges me, but you're right I don't completely feel the need to destroy him. Our relationship had a rough start in the beginning with comprehension and communication of feelings, so I've certainly bared my teeth and snapped, but I could never use poison. We've worked through our differences and it brought us closer, I guess we just needed to get the ugly out of the way lol. (Sorry, long comment xc)

It's funny, you were talking about how scorpio's goal in life is to get people to embrace their darkness. I'm a scorpio and I was just giving a friend advice about how to deal with anxiety/depression and told her that at a certain point, you just have to accept all of the negative feelings and let them run their course. Once you do that you will feel much better and not have to fight so very hard to keep yourself together. Kind of cool when what people say about your sign and your actual personality match up.

It's funny how you compared the Virgo and Scorpio relationship as being the light and the dark. I am a Virgo and the people in my life that I have connected with the deepest and love have been Scorpio's. They are the one's who have actually taught me how to love the dark in people. I was able to see my shadow self in them. It is true that we all have a light side and a dark side in us, but us Virgo's can be very calculating and mean, even hateful when hurt, even more so than Scorpio's I think. I do think Scorpio's get a bad rep, and to me they are the most caring, loving, giving, and misunderstood sign of them all. I love how passionate they are and they are extremely loyal. I actually think that Virgo's and Scorpio's make great friends and partners because not may signs can go toe to toe with a Scorpio and not run when they show their ugly face. Underneath that dark beast lies a beautiful creature and a Virgo can definitely bring out the best in them if the challenge presents itself. We are strong by nature and Scorpio's admire strength especially when we are at what may seem to be our weakest point. I think they like to see how you react under pressure. Interesting, this is true. I have a Niece and we are around the same age, I am a foster child and she is always smiling and trying to hug me and then when she does i'm just like i don't like cliches and i try not to smile and then i don't smile and then the opposite happens almost where when she is made i smile and laugh and tell her to cheer up and it usually almost happens. It's funny how polar opposite we are. She is usually on the brighter side of life and me the more hidden side of life and she can usually deal with it and i can usually tolerate her almost annoying yet cool personality. To preface, I am a scorpio. I have to say in your beginning statements you said you once heard a quote "Scorpios are best off with other scorpios". You disagreed, but I think that might be onto something. I cannot confirm from experience in relationships, but within friendships that has certainly held true. Thank you for this SO much. I’m a Scorpio and this is my story with my mom! She told me I could tell her anything (Leo) and when I came to her as a teen and trusted her she punished me and did what she said she wouldn’t. I have forgiven her but I will never forget it. It took me a good 10-15 years to trust her again. It’s only worse the younger they are!

I don't get where you are coming from.I have had Scorpio friends both male and female all my life and it was no chore to get to know them.When a Scorpio keeps you at bay for an extended time it usually means you either talk way too much or they feel they just can't trust you.

I agree that as a Scorpio I don't like being in the light because I feel exposed with no where to hide. It's like being the center of attention. I even get anxiety when my birthday comes because of this. When I'm in the spotlight I feel like I'm losing control. However I never show myself as uncomfortable in these situations. I kinda ended up shining in those situations but I'm always ready for it to be over with.

I used to read Stephen King's horror novels, other horror writers and the odd occult-themed book when I was a child (13/14 onwards) and it never disturbed me or give me nightmares. My mother would have freaked out if she knew about this. As you can guess, I don't do sweetness or light 😂

My BD 11:11. I am a Scorpio. Back in my younger days, the military brought out and trained my Dark Side. Here it is 40+ years later and I think that I have and use my Light Side but if my button is pushed, my Dark Side comes out, scares some people really badly. Push me into a corner the out come isn't so good for the pusher. I know, deep inside, I am the one people just shouldn't want to mess with.
Lucky for me about 5 weeks ago, I have finally became involved with a Libra, and what you have said about the Libra and Scorpio combination, so far, has really rang true. I got to see her last Friday, the last thing she did was to step to me and she put her arms around me and gave me a real hug. She placed her head on my shoulder. The hug lasted for a nice long time. This was the first time that I was able to have my arms around her, to be able to hold her in my arms.
"WE" will be really great together, one of the very best relationships of all the other Signs. This I feel deeply from within myself. The "connection" seems to be very strong. Even tho' we haven't really gotten together,YET. When she thinks of me, and misses me, I "know it", I can "feel" that she is there. She has came into my dream world, twice, so far, also She has woke me up a couple of times from a sound sleep with her just thinking about me, missing me.
I know that I just have to let her make up her own mind, what and when she wants to do with me, to be with me. Based on the idea that I really do understand I must let her do what she wants and needs for herself.

Scorpio woman here and she's so on point! Most of my traits and personality I like but some I hate but can't seem to control it. Once I give so much of myself I start to feel vulnerable in a sense. Then I'm very cautious and my intuition seems to become alerted and stronger. I don't trust easy and will cut people off quick if I sense shaddiness! I read people very well at first meeting. It's also very true that we are particular of our looks and appearance. It has nothing to do with us caring about what other people think because we really could care less! I enjoyed this talk about Scorpio. My husband is Scorpio and my twin sons are also Scorpio. I see so much of what you said in them. I was told that Gemini (me) and Scorpio isn’t a good match but we’ve been together 6 years and it’s been wonderful. My husband is very evolved-highly intuitive. My sons (not my husbands children) are coming along at 32 yrs of age. Favorite color is burgundy. Intense emotions for sure though. The worst is when you’re so mad or frustrated that you start crying but then you’re mad that you’re crying so you cry more.

I'm gemini sun and moon, scorpio rising and pluto in the 1st house... Not easy... spent most of my life struggling with wanting to be out there talking and connecting to people but having such a shield up and this aloofness I can't help. I'm generally a quiet person among others, always observing, just being, not getting involved but as soon as you get close to me, sometimes I can be hard to shut up and I love communicating with people I'm close to (which is few).
