One of the best podcasts ever.
Two things I loved.
1st You can be super successful and still be humble and in no way ashamed of your Indian legacy. Not once did the guest bad mouth India and showed off by saying I don't know lakhs and crore, in fact he was comfortable with lakhs, crores and kgs.
2nd The way Sharan asked the question from the mindset of an average 25 to 35 year old middle class even though he doesn't represent that class and has truly arrived.
The current real estate landscape showcases a growing divide between wage increments, which have risen by 23.6% over the last two decades, and skyrocketing housing prices. Other market aspects such as decreased interest rates and housing shortage further complicate this scenario. Amidst this volatility, it's strategically beneficial to broaden your investment horizons into areas like stocks and cryptocurrencies, which offer a plethora of high-return opportunities. Under Kerrie Farrell astute guidance, my portfolio has witnessed exponential growth, amassing over $490k within just nine weeks. There's a huge reset of wealth right now, commercial real estate is down at least 30% same with the stock market, high tech with huge multiple variations are down more than 40%. So is this a good sign to buy stocks, or do I just hold cash? I own a house already
transfer of wealth usually occurs during market crash, the more stocks drop, the more I buy. bear it in mind that investments are subjected to risk, hence it is ideal to seek guidance from an advisor unless you a pro yourself
Although the economy has so far held up, the SVB scenario serves as a warning that Fed rate hikes are still having an impact. At times like this, investors must be vigilant about the next inevitability. You don't have to act on every forecast, therefore I'll advise you to hire a financial counselor. This has been my fallback position for a while.
Mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? been saving for pension since age 18 - company scheme. along the way I hit higher tax, so I added to my company pension with a SIPP (tax benefits) I'm 56 now and would love to grow my finance more aggressively, there are a few cars I still wish to drive, a few mega holidays, etc.
The decision on when to pick an Adviser is a very personal one. I take guidance from ‘Stacie Lynn Winson‘ to meet my growth goals and avoid mistakes, she's well-qualified and her page can be easily found on the net.
I just checked her out and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
