Patty, thank you for reaction to "Bestie". Watching your reaction was the first thing I did this morning. Any song by Band-Maid instantly brightens my spirits. The video itself in stunningly beautiful and ethereal. I would actually say angelic. The Maids all look like angels dressed in white, especially Kanami with her gossamer lace "wings". I'm not a hip fashionata by any stretch of the imagination, but Miku, Saiki, and Kanami's hairdos are amazing. Kanami in a ponytail! Wow! I joke that if this what heaven looks and sounds like, I had better clean up my act! Saiki's and Miku's harmonized lyrics also sound like a heavenly chorus and Kanami's solo takes us soaring into the heavens. I must also say, with the passing of Neal Pert of Rush, MISA and Akane are the most intuitively brilliant "rhythm section" in rock and roll. What an assembly of immensely talented, beautiful young women. My love (and I'm sure many Maidiacs) for Band-Maid grows every day.

Bestie remind me of Carol King's "You've got a friend ", but Bandmaid's Bestie makes me more happy and fun .

The recording and mix are as enjoyable as the song and beautiful MV! Miku, Saiki and Mikey-chan's English lyrics are heartfelt. "I can't look into your eyes."
