GCLR Episode 21 - Big News

- Welcome to Episode 21 of the GCLR and its people, who seem to get up to all sorts of things!
While making this episode there is a bit of a heatwave in the UK, and like the mainline railway, the risk of fire caused by sparks from steam locomotives was too great, so the GCLR followed the same instructions in force at the time of the mainline railway, the General Manager has a strong safety ethics, so today the trains are diesel hauled.
The kids are off school so the passenger trains need to run today. However the goings on of the people of the GCLR continue to develop, and with this episode they take a new turn, which how this is big news.
The GCLR has been 'on tour' looking at other railways, it is summer after all! (videos coming soon of those adventures) But Bernard and Nancy have also been away too for a few days, and Bernard plucks up some courage, it's big news, and may change their course in life, we will have to see what happens........

What does FLR stand for?
I feel for Harold too, but things may change for the better for him.....
The stock came from another railway, but not sure of its full name,
Perhaps with the arrival of Ms Fritton recently, these could be the 'Fritton Light Railway'
