In the world of COD streamers, the expression "with that being said" is apparently a transition which can be used in *any* situation. Which is super weird because it is supposed to be a transition where you say slightly contradictory statements, or you quality an earlier statement, etc. They seem to think it means "let's now move on". Which is doesn't. Clearly. With that being said, I still enjoy these videos.
