I loved how Jennifer Beals protraits Bette in this show.. She showerd with sooo much talent, passion and emotiins.. Her eyes speaks.. Her lips acts.. Her eyes show sadness and brokenness while her lips show’s gladness.. Rare actress..
QUESRION FOR TIBETTE: I like the idea of repeat scenes. It works for this video. (not something that I've seen before done so well). What were you thinking when making this video? And why the repeats?
What an extraordinary question that I hope I can answer in a way that is understandable and understandable for you. Most of my videos are from Bette's point of view. Also in this video. In all my videos I let myself be carried away by the song. Less the lyrics, but mainly the melody. Luckily there were no lyrics in this great song, so I had enough space to incorporate the original voices from some scenes. And to place them in such a way that they “subordinate” and “resonate” with the melody in this dramaturgy. The dramaturgy in the song alone was so strong that it was important to visually interrupt this dramaturgy in between and still depict the ups and downs in the relationship between Bette and Tina. I also wanted to include as many scenes from GenQ (at that time there was only season 1) as possible. However, there are no "real" Tibette scenes. There were looks, conversations and accusations between Bette and Tina and relatively little of that. So it turned out that there are several parts from the scene where Bette talks to Tina about Bette pushing the man down the stairs - and shortly afterwards Tina phoned Carrie. In this scene, Bette's sadness is best seen in GenQ and needs no words. The scene where Bette talks to Shane about Tina requires what Bette said in order for her pain to be truly felt. But what Bette says in that scene wouldn't have fitted melodically into the song and instead would have overlaid the song. Also, I've had this scene a lot in videos before that, so I left it out here. The scene from OG Season 1 where Tina is lying on the couch and Bette takes her feet on her lap and massages them, this scene happens to be duplicated. It wasn't until I uploaded the video to UA-cam that I realized the scene is duplicated. The elevator scene and also the scene from GenQ where Bette opens the door and Tina surprisingly stands in front of it - I find these two scenes to be key scenes that reflect a new beginning and therefore receive more attention. So all in all it can't really be explained, in my videos I mainly let myself be guided by the songs and my feelings. I hear the melody of a song, I like what I hear, I immediately have images in my head. Then I get to work. The images I have in mind beforehand are rarely enough to fill an entire song, so I add more scenes, take scenes out and replace them, rebuild the scenes again, etc... I hope I was able to answer your question halfway. If your question was about a specific scene, please tell me which one. Thank you for the attentive watching and the resulting question. 😊
@@TiBette It's amazing to hear what you were thinking while making the video. I love the song!!!! And that winding sound was used in a series episode from many years ago of another series. The scene where Bette (GenQ) is sitting and looks up and to her right is one repeat scene that grabs my attention along with the slurpee scene. I love when someone comes along and puts some expressive thought and resulting story in their video making. I can now watch it and look for some of the things you have shared. Thanks so much! Your videos are always interesting and to my personal taste.
@@Tocimah Since I also love the song very much, I would like to take a look at the episode in which this song was used. Can you tell me what series and episode that was?
It would be very hard to choose between these two, as they are both very attractive women.I suppose it would be the one you would really feel attracted to.
I hate what they did with tina. Why they insist to make tina the bad one? Fill for divorce, go away, missis kits funeral? Tina isn't that kind of a person. She is worm, kind, helpfull. O really do not understand

Excellent work on this video. It's just too sad that the writers of this show left us with broken love, that we can't let go.
