To explain the situation simply, the male body is stupid.. In order for testicles to work right and generate sperm they need to be... If I remember right 2 degree celcius lower then the rest of the body. If it gets hot they need to distance themselves from the body and that's why we have a pouch that can stretch.. I'm pretty sure underwear similar to this already exists. I heard about it like 10+ years ago. Part of it _is_ a good idea, but really only for one pouch. It would be both far more difficult to design and unnecessarily expensive to have two pouches, and for almost no benefit at all; especially for most men who have huge shrinkage, where it will just pull itself out of the hole and stay in the same pouch as the scrotum anyway. The pouch specifically needs to be for the scrotum, and no other pouch is necessary.
However as far as I know underwear with a single pouch has been around for quite a long while. And despite it being around for a long time most people don't buy it because men tend to just buy necessities, meaning they aren't going to buy 50$ boxerbriefs that has a pouch when they can just get a 5 pack of boxers or briefs for like 10-20$, or if they want to splurge, maybe 10$ for a single one.
Women get silky panties and fancy undergarments because they care about that stuff. Most men (not all) just don't care.

Tried a similiar product from Hanes and yeah not the greatest, ok for working out but honestly doesn't work well, any temp change and they are out of the pouch defeating the purpose. Personally I prefer boxer briefs for the support and also for sweat, also has a decent amount of room. I feel like boxers wouldn't be great for working out/heavy sweating. What catches the sweat? Sure the sweat stays in the pouch but if you're a normal human being who changes boxers at least once a day and showers regularly then you don't have to worry about odors.
