- I'm back! It's been a hot second but if you're a wedding pro like me, you know that this wedding season is kicking all of our butts. However, that also means I got a lot of great wedding footage and behind the scenes to share with you guys.
Ready to see the most beautiful backyard wedding ever? Buckle up because this intimate 25-person wedding was SO dreamy. I'm even sharing my mock up design photos with you and then revealing the final results.
The only bummer is that it RAINED!! Oh and my assistant called out sick that morning but luckily Olga who you'll see in this video came to my rescue. I definitely had my challenges during this one but in the end it all came out great!

I ordinarily don't like anything that is an "outdoor rustic" look or all white (ie: no vibrant colors) but this was so pretty and intimate. I really like how you paid attention to detail, like even covering up the cart with the plastic drop to the food preparers wearing masks and gloves. AT first I thought that the dance floor would be too small but it was the perfect size. 😊 Everything was so well planned, elegant and pretty.

Thanks so much for your kind words! Haha yup sometimes we have to pick up petals! Other times florists or even the venue crew will clean up but in this case it was me 😊

Thank you! I can’t remember the exact name but we rented them from White Door Event Rentals and I bet they are still listed on their website.

Hi there! What type of lights are you guys using?
These are bistro lights or “market lights”
Actually I thought about this question again and I should ask you which lights you were referring to haha? The little lights that cover the ceiling of the tent which I guess I would call a twinkle light blanket or the hanging ones above the dinner tables? Those ones are more like chandelier type lights.
Is there a way you calculate how many feet of lights are needed to do the ceiling of the tent? Looks amazing!
@marineeg04 great question! This is something I ask my rental team to handle and why we always make sure to do walkthroughs with them!
How much does something like this cost? It’s so beautiful!
On average we estimate our weddings to be about $1000 per person. Of course that can vary but it’s our best guess when estimating budgets for our clients.

Not a typo! Most of our weddings are between $600-$1000 per guest once we add everything up.

Where is the best place to source greenery for hanging in tents ?
Definitely go through a florist. They will get the best rates from the flower market since they have wholesaler licenses

Id like to do something very similar to this. Is it possible to do with $20,000?
I’ll be honest and say I don’t think so. Again it just depends on what you are doing in terms of catering and how many guests you have but the rentals alone I think we’re about 14,000 if I remember correctly.
Honestly I hate to say it but they say the rain in good luck.
You’re right! I think a little sprinkle doesn’t hurt at all as long as you’re prepared for it :)
