I've said before that the WCT Teddy's design, though different, was pretty good other than the LED eyes being potentially creepy. I'd say this cute little fella supports that idea.
I was hoping this teddy ruxpin bootleg would have like little buttons that would play catch phrases from the real toy or just music like other bootlegs. He is still an interesting one though.
5:29 If any of the plushies played music, chances are the Teddy would be playing very-early-2000s Eurodance and not one of the classic Teddy Ruxpin songs.
Thank you so much for making that video of how to run the cassette tapes on a stereo I found a audio cassette in my box of Teddy Ruxpin and I was curious what happened when you put in the stereo the sound was crazy but then when I watch your video how to equalize the stereo To the Left Channel stereo setting I realize the cassette tape half of the cassette is controlled to the right Teddy what controls him oh yeah thanks for sharing that video I really enjoyed that love your videos keep up the good work
I bought one back in the day for my kids- looking maybe to get another one - original of cource- looking on ebay i see the terms WCW- worlds of wonder - playschool and one other name i can't remember- what does these names mean? - how many manufactures made the original - what is best one to purchase?
@@blueoctopede I didn’t know Ruxpin had rip-off versions made of him. Sorry if this sounds irrelevant but… It’s like how Jia Qi, Feng Yuan and YarMoshi rips off WowWee.
any got the 80s knock off teddy ruxpin s the tt bear or tt twinkling bear with microphone , the big pink rabbit the we had in the uk ,gabby from bandai lots of talking toys
That's a cute plush even if it's bootleg! I wouldn't exactly take what google translate says to be accurate though since so many words can be interpreted in so many different ways, you can end up with a word that means one animal to be translated as a completely different animal. I'm sure you already knew that though, but just in case! As others have said I definitely recognize the tiger as being modeled after the furreal white tiger. I can't see the "little bear" resemblance though. Looks more like some sort of monkey to me I think. It's likely they're all modeled after various animatronic toys.
There is a bootleg of the new Nintendo called Entertainment System that has 620 games on it some of the games are not in english and some games on the list repeats its self great buy the problem there are times where it makes you turn off your tv to play again some games are real Nintendo games others are mock ups
5:16 That bear is a Cubby knockoff.
yep.
Because of you I might get my own teddy ruxpin
Some of those other plushes were based on other animatronic toys, specifically from the Furreal Friends line. Weird theme.
i thought that left over fabric from hasbro or discontinued fur on a roll
The only one I noticed was Kobe the curious bear

@@TheAlmightyRiley19 yea loo
I really hate the bootleg, because that’s not Teddy’s style of bringing him back.

are u talking about the bootleg or official
I just acquired one of these Teddy’s but weirdly mine has a sound box in the head and roars like a dinosaur. Creepy and for sale.
those other animal plushies are def based off furreal friends toys. that bear looks exactly like the furreal bear cub
Have you been watching the documentary of the man who made Teddy Ruxpin?
I have!! It's a very nice series!

I think you’re supposed to be a knock off of the hug and sing Teddy

Panda is correct (hung mao).
The pokemon plush was Hoopa....Hoopa opens up dimensional portals.....This Teddy came from an alternate dimension lol
I was hoping it might do something like play Chinese music or something like that, but apparently not.
Me too! Oh well.
How do you spell the name of the website?
Taobao
