They have to be stopped in order to renegotiate, because all these projects did not have opened tender and the prices approved by previous government were in questions... Remember the country saved Billions with the renegotiation on the LRT project in peninsular.... PH cannot violate the contracts and under the Law has to be discreet in the renegotiation to benefit for all. During this process, those temporary stopped projects became. 'AXED'. with the changed of government. PH needs developments and investments to propel the country to property like what you see now for Penang and Selangor.....
