I am a Singaporean who used to do business in Malaysia. I created hundreds of jobs for locals but lost everything due to my refusal to indulge in corruption. I was told I had a water tight case and took the matter to court only to be disappointed with what I consider a ridiculous decision. During the trial, I was offered the opportunity to meet the judge outside of court but I turned down the offer because I wanted justice and did not wish to take ridiculous risks that may derail my case. With the new government cleaning up the country, I hope those who were denied justice in the past will not be forgotten

xmw mcgregor once tried to lodge a police report in Malaysia after someone knocked into my car and came out with a pole. Since then, my perception of PDRM changed. In Singapore, it's normal to seek the assistance from the Police, I didn't feel the same with PDRM. In court, I observed thr defendant's witnesses bringing up personal files to the witness stand and referring to their personal files when they were asked questions. I pointed this out to the police officer on duty in court as it was happening but noone bothered to act. They did it so openly despite the fact that court proceedings are recorded. This would not have been tolerated in Singapore.
J L -This is very Serious and need immediate action. You should do you part. Take this matter to Home Ministry and AGC. If you leave this parasites it will ruin the whole system. My suggestion is you should bring your allegation to the Media. That is the best and fastest mean of getting to the root of the problem.

The PH victory was of no surprise to me . I predicted that if there was cheating by prior govt we would win 2/3 n if no cheating then 95% victory for PH. All equations i did summed up to victory. So lets celebrate cos he who digs a pit for his brother shall himself fall into it.
