- Located within the peaceful gates of the park model community, by the name of Hidden Forest Lake is the newly designed RRC Parkview tiny home. This model is available for immediate purchase and is move-in ready! With tons of exterior space on the 10 foot front porch, you have plenty of space for furniture where you can sit and enjoy your view of the park. Moving to the interior of the home, with a centralized loft the living room has ample ceiling height, making the room feel spacious and inviting. The Parkview is lined with windows throughout the home, bringing in tons of natural light with making the space feel even bigger. We did different wood accents throughout this tiny home, with white shiplap walls and a stained southern yellow pine ceiling from front to back. Across from the living room is the built in entertainment center with and LED fireplace, this of course is just an option that can be eliminated if you would rather bring in your own entertainment center, we just chose to add one in this model. Then of course, the Parkview is a lofted floorplan with two semi privacy walls coming in from the sides with an open lookout banister. This home is definitely a VIEW of the park with its incredible features, and it can all be yours!
The Parkview is on sale today for $120,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.
Please note that prices are current as of the publish date of the video but are subject to change at any time without notice as building and material costs continue to rise at unprecedented rates. Call 972-771-2176 or visit rrcrockwall.com/ for current pricing.

This is one of the best tiny homes I've seen. Absolutely love the open and airy living space.
Love the way the stairs are behind the kitchen, so they're out of site, plus gives you extra floor space in the living room. I would prefer the risers have storage drawers though.
You can get your step with storage.
2/27/23 (video from 5 days ago) Mr Tiny, I am interested in the Parkwood w/ just these changes: farm sink, rebar railing outside and in, and drawers in the stairs. Love everything else as is. Can I order this with my requested changes? Please contact me.
I love the extra counter on the other side of the kitchen. I also love the shiplap in the bathroom . Really makes the bathroom pop.. I like all the windows in the living room.
It makes it look so cozy and a lot of light.
Love love love 120 not a bad price for an already stationary tiny house.
What a lovely home! I am continuously impressed with the creativity of each floorplan. The RRC team rocks!
I agree 👍 💯
Great placement of loft. Great floor plan also. The price is high for a tiny house, but the quality also counts. I love this Parkview home.
Plus it's already connected and set up on the plot! It's not just the building.
I’ve Been Looking Forward To This ALL DAY 🥱😍😍
The Parkview is by far one of my favorite models!!! It's at the top of my list next to The Drake.
What a good-looking house (good-looking man, too... Ha, ha Mr. Tiny). Another home I would love to own!!
Love this layout! The loft has some openness yet some privacy...Can add drawers to the stair risers...Love this contract between the white ship lap and the wooden ceilings! Living room w dining or flex feels so roomy...and even a dishwasher! Will probably move the dishwasher to the beginning of the kitchen...don't want all the appliances squeezed together. Love the bedroom with the farm lights and the wooden ceilings...feels so cozy and comfortable! Also, likes the tile in the 48" shower...so many wonderful features in this tiny home!!!
This is EXACTLY the floor plan I have been waiting for! I’m so excited!
Love the parkview everything is great,
Hello from Fort Myers FL! First one! Woohoo! Haha! #realwood
Welcome to the Mr. Tiny family. I'm
dreaming here in Ft. Lauderdale. 🌴🏖️
Still want my San Juan with double loft and Murphy bedroom.
I really like everything about this floor plan Mr Tiny.
Thought they did a great job on the design.
This is beautiful. The colors and styling inside and out are very nice. I like those choices very much. Thanks Mike! ☺️✌️♥️🦋🙏
You guys have really knocked it outta the park. Those 4 windows with the tiny ones above really makes the space look bigger than it is!
I like all the aesthetic choices on this one a lot. Only things I don't want are a loft and I prefer a farm sink, but otherwise I love the layout.
If the loft is not needed for living space, then it's an extra bonus storage area. You can never have enough climate-controlled storage in a tiny home.
Love it tiny dishwasher a must have
Love this floor plan. The loft fits perfectly in the home. Great positioning of the loft also. I could do alot to make this home mine. Some great decorations, pictires, rugs, art pieces and plants. You would not recognize this place. You need to add a pull out spice rack to one of the bottom cabinet areas to complete the kitchen. I don't know what I would do with those two small draws above the microwave, but I would think of something. I would go with three large windows instead of four in the livingroom. This is a great looking home. Alittle too much 💰.
My new favorite tony home, this one I wouldn’t change a thing, good job
Instead of that tiny dining table , a moveable island with seating seems more practical. Storage , seating ,
and workspace .
I love everything about it
Keep saying it Mr Tiny, but you need to stage the bedroom for these tours. I know a bed fits in an 11' wide model fine, but the camera flattens the space which makes it not look large enough - especially when you do the bulky barn door closets on the side wall. When you're asking over 100k on average now, spend $20 on a blow up mattress to show scale at the very least, lol.
Really great idea. Perhaps not done because the space is small, and it would be more difficult to make it look any bigger with scaled downsize furniture like you can in the living room.
Love the layout
Fav, ever!
L🥰ve this tiny model too...
I'm older & no kids.
I absolutely love this tiny home!
Absolutely love this model. One of my favorites.
Really like the large living room area. Dishwasher is nice, great area for storage and the front porch is so nice. This is a winner for me. Just would put a gas stove top in then drawers under neither and just use microwave and toaster type oven. A winner 🥇
Love it. Another winner Mr. Tiny. 💝
Beautiful 😍 I love the desk area idea with putting a small table where the chair is. That ceiling is gorgeous! Love when the loft is in the center. The windows are perfectly placed and the house has so much curb appeal.
Nice floorplan Mr. Tiny, a bit more practical at least... and you know what I'm about to suggest, make the porch a 3-season room!
When you reach 1 million subs can you do a video where you pick the house you would live in and decorate it with Rachel and vlog you shopping for the items? Would love to see it.
I wish there was an option to have the loft completely closed off too, instead of the railing. I love the option of placing a Dining Table though. Those are my two must-have's on my check list.
This is cute. You can stick a bar in the corner of the kitchen. Or put cabinets there.
I like the 1st floor bedroom and the loft which I would use as a 2nd bedroom. I love the barn doors and built in dresser. The porch is great! I wish I had the money to buy it! I would like to relocate down there too!
Love this one , great colors inside😊
I like the front porch and the fireplace is a nice touch.
This one is one of my favorites. I love the design and all the finishes. It also has my favorite closet shelves!
I LOVE IT. TOO MANY WINDOWS, BUT LOVE IT
It’s beautiful, but your killing me with the price Smalls. 😲
These are the best built I have found. I wish I had one of these for my Mom years ago.
Another good one Mr Tiny 👍
Cute!
The loft is in a great place . I like the ceilings and bathroom, but would like a tub
This has made my day, thank you for sharing
this is so adorably perfect!
Omg that Opening of the Loft, would be perfect for a Christmas tree. I think this could be my Dream home.
I like this floor plan but I do wish there was a way to fit more countertops space in the kitchen for prepping but other than that it’s perfect!
I absolutely love this home
Love the openness of the loft area and how centralized it is. I would make a few changes in the kitchen, but overall very nice.
Excellent!
It's perfection!
Love the ceiling...
I would like that front but on a 15' home with one and a half bath with a back porch 🙂❤️
I like how open the floor plan looks, I especially liked how the loaf was built .. very nice 😊👌
Lovely I love, everything!
Perfect!
Wow!! Love it
I love this model!! Perfection 😍
Beautiful beautiful home and it sits in a beautiful place, I love the space in the living room and kitchen. Be blessed and be safe
First. I love that it has a DOOR and not a slider as an entry. I just would not feel safe, with a slider as my main entry point. 😞
Very nice!!!
Beautiful home
The loft arrangement is great.
The entrance with living, diving and kitchen is great.
In the bathroom I would op for a tub.
In bedroom, here, the electrical panel has to be re-placed and storage facility needs to be added on top of closed.
All together, one of the best Tiny House models. Love.
Very spacious. 👍🙏
I REALLY LIKE THIS ONE !
Really like this because the living room space is perfect and the kitchen layout is good.
Love the ceiling it’s beautiful, and the details in the bathroom are impressive
Very cute 👍🏽💕😃
Glad you guys are back ❗️❗️❗️💯👍🏽❤️🔥🫵🏽🏆
I love Tiny House Tuesdays‼️
I loved the large open living dining area with the kitchen exactly as is.
I love the hidden hutch too (just perfect for my cooking appliances.)
I would add another Hutch around
the corner on Shiplap wall for a coffee/ breakfast station with open shelving..
The ceiling is magnificent❗Wow‼️
Personally I'd prefer loft to go over bedroom for a storage loft and keep
front for a sleeping area for kids/ guests. Great you hid staircase too.
THIS is the Best floorplan Ever! It has what everyone asks for a larger area to live and entertain! Feels open and Hugh. Everything is very nicely planned & bath has great tile shower even a w/d ty.
👍great presentation. Love the porch. The hutch great layout.
Very nice!
At one time I wanted one of these. However living in an traditional pull rv for 3 years, I realize I would be happier with something bigger than 399 sq feet. A two bedroom park model at least would be a start. But tiny homes are cute.
Love all of this Parkview, I'd add a rear porch & extra cabinets .. ❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼
❤️❤️❤️
30 seconds in and I’m already sold
This one is almost perfect. I love the open living space and real dining space and the generous windows and porch and the well designed kitchen and bathroom. The only little issues are that you can hardly open the bedroom closet doors because they're so narrow and the closed off loft has no independent A/C and wouldn't be useful for anything but storage. That's okay if that's all you want it for. Very nice tiny house, but what a hefty price tag at $300 per square liveable foot. 😳
And you don't even own the land for that price. Having to rent the land these tiny houses are on is the main issue that keeps me away from them. It defeats the purpose of homeownership.
@InJeffable That's why you buy your land first then purchase your tiny home 😁
@@NaturalBeauty707 It's a nice thought, but good luck finding an area where tiny homes are even allowed. Tiny home parks are pretty much the only option in a lot of places; and from what I've seen, most of them don't allow land ownership.
@InJeffable im not sure where your located....but in golden valley AZ is allowed😁
@@NaturalBeauty707 That's good to hear. I hope it's allowed in more places than I think it is.
Very nice!!! 😍😍😍
Love the tiny home concept, but it seems the kitchen appliances are way to big for the space. Why not put appropriate appliances for the space and you could add more storage space and cabinets? I just think, if some one is wanting to go tiny the smaller appliances would not matter.
Yeah, they seem to think the full size appliances are a selling feature. I don't even need them in a regular home (I use an air fryer 90% of the time, lol) so I really don't need them going tiny. Would be nice to see other options. Especially counter depth fridges, those huge side by sides are so unnecessary IMO!
Love it! :)
i like this layout. it seems as though there are more options on the main floor for furniture etc.
I inserted a porch stomp in my mind
wow what a great model but, if you stop having tornadoes in texas I will purchase it but, until then I will stay west of those wirly things :) thanks again Mr. Tiny
Ok I really like this one the front porch is very nice but I would like it smaller and add those feet to the loft so I could stand up lol really love the open floor plan this is a winner
This model needs an attached bar. I'd use the kitchen table space for work/desk space. Regular drywall also, nothing fancy because like the Desoto model, the layout is solid. No accent walls or ceilings are needed. Reimagine this one maybe to get this one below 100k if possible.
P.S. I would have made the stairs stained in the same /similar color to the ceiling. Just mho.
Thinking the same thing!! Otherwise really like this tiny 🏡
I really like the natural wood for the loft stairs.
Not enough kitchen cabinets to small also. The cabinets should be larger and go higher up on the wall eliminate the soffit over the sink and put an island in the kitchen with more storage.
I love your videos! They're very informative about all the features. I love that you've incorporated so much storage for the kitchen as well as room for a stackable washer and dryer. The majority of your tiny homes are well thought out and make a great use of space. The fact that they are so affordable is a plus. As far as relocating them out of Texas, what special permits do you need if any? I know there are height restrictions. We're looking at properties in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that can be a little remote so we'd need to have a home that could be hooked up for well water and septic, as well as possibly hooked up to a generator.
This is attractive, but I feel there isn’t a lot of thought put thru on living room space with the windows positioned as they are. Why not raise them so that at least furniture will be set against a solid wall portion? Just raise them up to the transom windows 36”
beautiful and more privacy upstairs. A banger! Main street style or what have you.
Been interested in these Homes even though tiny but now the price has exceeded my desire to own one. 120,000 I can't believe what is happening to our economy. Price most people out of the market and there won't be any more shopper's.
This may include the lot. Then it makes sense
I love it the space is hands down the best. I would change the color, maybe an accent wall of black shiplap. A smooth wall for my mural 9ftx9ft, loose the fireplace for a real one or even potbelly stove type with solar panels on the roof for living off the grid
I love this!!! Wish the stairs were on the dining area side, that would have opened up some more bedroom space I believe.
No it would not. They would take away from the dining area & livingroom.
@@patriciahillman2866 Yeah, for me personally I wouldn't mind the dining area being smaller.
Beautiful, but needs a L shape kitchen with extra cupboards and bar stool seating. Some missed opportunities for more storage such as pantry etc. On bare walls by the fireplace and dining room table . Also more cupboards can fit in the bathroom like maybe the kind of cupboard that has a lazy Susan in it.
For 120k they should throw in the decor and furniture then it would be worth it
All great except I have to have a bathtub!
They've gone up quite a bit. It no longer makes as much sense to me as it did when they were cheaper. They're cute though
I love this model but I want to know Mr.Tiny does the appliances come with all the models. The porch is beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
