Childlike Maturity

How does it look like for us to descent ‘become like little children’ and ascent to maturity at the same time? What would happen to our family, our relationships, our church, and our sphere of influence if we say yes to God’s invitation to an all-around maturity - emotional, relational, psychological, spiritual - our whole mush blend of humanity?
Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18:3
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-13
