Marco Mugnatto Problem is us New Yorkers, don’t like to follow rules and regulations when clearly no one is supposed to be in the intersection during light change, which is why traffic jams are caused.

At 24:56 The guy in the yellow van yells "Hey get a real job, the fuck (something), stupid bitch" at the cops
At 1:06:00 The cops head back to their cruiser to leave. (I can't believe I watched this far)
At 1:09:20 There is a little back and forth. Something like "Get the fuck out of the way" followed by "suck a dick you street breeder" I dunno.
At 58:23 a runner passes by and at 1:16:04 he runs back.
