I agree that if the Nigerian government wants to set up that type of Dangote's refinery in different part's of Nigeria they can. We have some knowledge of how many has been stolen, amount that is 5 times more than what Dangote spent if you add those stolen funds together. What about the ones stolen that we did not hear about.
We need a leader with good intention, a leader that is also bold enough to deal with the cabals holding the nation to ransom.

The heart and soul of Nigeria's survival and sovereignty is the oil. The problem began to expand in the 90s during protests against military dictatorship of IBB.
The West know that Nigeria's strength lies in power which revolves round her oil industry. Once they succeeded in infiltrating Nigeria's politics, they bought some politicians as cronies.
Once we get the oil issues right, we would have set on the path of economic recovery.
The money earmarked for refinery turn around maintenance is being shared among the senior staff and technical knowhow of NNPC and their accomplishes.
